Granola bar (110)
Lunch:
Chicken breast slices on 12 grain bread (light miracle whip, mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion) (230)
Snack:
Granola bar & 1-12 grain toast, 1 can diet pepsi (190)
Dinner:
Taco salad (lettuce, tomato, 2 tbsp cheddar chs, taco meat, salsa), 1/3 piece of rice krispie treat (cals???)
Snack: Frozen yogurt w/ some chocolate in it (cals???)
