By the way, what fruit & grain cereal bar do you eat? I've been looking for a good one...:eek:
 
I get either the NutraGrain, walmart brand, or Aldi's brand. I find they are all the same with the same benefits. The blueberry one is wonderful!

I ate smoked ribs, pork tenderloin, herbed potatoes, dinner rolls, ½ brownie alamode dessert. Later had an Orange Julius and a little iced mochaccino.
