Bep, Keep up the great job! You are doing really well!
You're drinking water, right?

I am trying to drink more water. It used to be that all I drank in a day was coffee & diet pepsi. Now, I find myself heading for the water more often. All the exercise and being outside makes me crave water. I would LOVE to wean myself off diet pepsi completely, but I can tell that is going to take some time.

bep, it sounds like you and I used to drink the same stuff ;)

I've recently been doing searches on the effects of diet soda while dieting, and it's not good. I've read several studies that prove drinking diet soda will actually increase your appetite and people who drink it on average gain more weight than those who have an occasional leaded soda.

I've gone to just water, and every two to three days I'll have a regular soda.
I have no idea if it helps really or not, but I definitely didn't like what I was reading about diet sodas!

Keep up the great work!!

Looking good. I find a good snack is a low carb energy bar. I personally like the balanced bar brand that are low carb. You can get them at target or walmart for like $1 each.

Tracy,
