I wanna get down to a steady 1500 a day. Right now I've been eating like 1800-2k a day. Not great by any means but ALOT better than what I was eating heh..

Actually, I am finding myself plenty full! I am just picking things that have lower calories and getting more bang for my buck so to speak. Sometimes I get hungry in the morning, but I always try to incorporate a snack in there.

Thanks!

THANKS! By the way...you wouldn't happen to know how many cals those 3 M&M's were that I had tonight, would you??? :D I HAD to have some chocolate and so I allowed myself 3 M&M's...I knew that wouldn't kill me. ;)

3 M&M's?? wow, talk about will power!!

so, you had one week w/o a loss, its ok! Like RN said, change things up a bit and keep trucking along!

your doing FABULOUS!!

Hey bep- looks like things are going pretty good for you! DOn't feel bad bout not getting a loss one week, Iwent almost a month with nothing, but I kept going, and after that month, I was down another five. Not saying itll take ya that long, lol. Are you working out and stuff?

Thanks Jess! No...I am not working out, I just move when I can. I have been burried under sewing projects for a while now and I plan to be done tomorrow and have more time to exercise. Right now, I take walks outside when I can and just move more. Like, I will dance around with my kiddos during the day, or if I sit down to watch TV, I will grab my 3 lb weights and keep my arms working. I do have a really nice treadmill and exercise bike, but right now I would just rather be outside when I can for exercise. Tonight I took a 55 min brisk walk outside because the weather was soooooo beautiful.

Hey you are doing great....I wouldn't worry about the nil weight loss I had that a couple of weeks back after consistently losing, you are right it is the time that people get down on themselves and quit the diet, but you are going to do great!!! I am back to losing a consistent amount each week...so just through in that high intensity workout and mix it up a little and you'll shock yah body back into losing;)

Breakfast:
Fruit&Grain cereal bar (120)

Lunch:
Thin sliced ham on wheat (mustard) & Baked Tostitos w/ salsa (280)

Snack:

Dinner:

Total cals: 1,040 (Oops...honestly thought I had more cals than that. Oh well...one day too low isn't going to kill me.)

Exercise: No formal exercise...just cleaning and working all day long and some raking & mowing in the evening.

Good going bep!!!

I was just reading some of your entries, and I observed a few things:

1) you only eat veggies at night (unless there are hunks of lettuce tomato and cucumber on those sandwiches that you aren't telling us about!).

2) You fall through when you go out to dinner or over to people's houses for soical events.

When you search for something to work on during your next plateau, perhaps these obsevations will help.

Sometimes I do put a couple pieces of Romaine lettuce on my sandwiches, but I just add it in the overall cal count. I am going to start putting that in my notes.

Yes...I do have a TERRIBLE time when I am socializing...which is quite often.

Thanks for the tips.
