Howdy Everyone!!!
How sad! My internet isn't even shut off yet and I wasn't able to get on in like 5 days. You all must have thought that I was gone for sure. LOL
Just been soooo busy.
The cal counting went out the window this week. At first I couldn't figure what was the difference between this week and the last one. Then I hit on what I think the major difference was.
I ran outta my meds last week on Tues/Wed and just today took the bottle to the pharmancy. I know, I know. Feel free to kick my butt. I just kept forgetting to take it in. The one day that I took everyone else's scripts in I forgot mine and just never made it back to the store.
So this week has been pretty much a wash. Up until Sat I was still weighing in at 200.2, but after yesterday's eating frenzy and today's bingy type eating I am afraid to weigh myself tomorrow.
I at least know that it won't be all true weight. There will be some sodium weight in there.
Soooo let's see what has gone on while I was gone.
Hmmm.
Went to work like I usually do. Didn't get home on Saturday until 4:30am. Dh let me sleep until 11. When I got up I stated that I thought it would be nice for us to all go outside and spend time together as a family. So we headed off to the local (or as local as it gets for us) State Park to do some walking/hiking. Chain O' Lakes State Park to be exact.
Though before we got out of town we stopped and grabbed lunch. At the Chinese Buffet. *Cringe

*
I didn't make a

iggy: of myself. And truth be told it tasted like crap. Even dh agreed it wasn't very good tasting. I hadn't been to a Chinese buffett in at least a year and a half. And if I never ever go back to one I won't be upset.
We did end up walking/hiking for like 1-1 1/2 hours. And surprisingly enough Sunday was the day that I got the 200.2 number.
I am beginning to think that I have an aversion to going below that 200 mark.
Everytime I get "just about there" I have a diversion.
Of course not taking my meds didn't help last week.
I plan to run out the door here in about 5 minutes to go get said meds.
I NEED THEM! LOL
I keep having really bad allergy attacks that are preventing me from making to my PowerCore class.
I am highly allergic to soybean dust and it seems that this year there was a bumper crop of farmers with beans in the fields. Hopefully once they all get their beans in I will quit having all these attacks.
Can't even begin to imagine how bad it would be to actually live out in the country next to them actually harvesting.
Well I know this will seem a weird place to end my update but if I am going to make it to the store in time to get the meds than I really need to get going.
I'll check back in soon.
Ciao
