Checking in for Monday.
You's have to forgive me any typos I may make. I haven't had very much sleep in the last 3 days.
Got home 1/2 an hour earlier every night, but lets face it when it is 4 in the morning and you got to get up at 7 that half hour really doesn't mean jack!!! LOL
So I am really exahusted. *must get sleep*
The only reason I am currently able to stay awake while I am tying this is due to the fact that I have some seriously kicking music on, LOUDLY! hahaha
Weighed myself this morning with a wegiht of 201.4lbs.
Since I know for a fact that I always weigh better when I have at least 6-7 hours of sleep I have to wonder if it wouldn't have been better. Since I only got 3 hours!
Really all weekend all I got was 13.5 hours in 3 days. Sheesh! It's a wondre I haven't just passed out.

I have kept my cals intact to the 1650 for almost a week now. With the claorie shifting some days were higher some days were lower.
But when it averages out it comes in right where I wanted it.
My shoulders have been bothering me again, so I have not gone to Kelly's class in 2 weeks. I am hoping to get back to it tonight.
Though the doc has orderd me to get x-ray;s due to the fact that they make some seriously gross noises when I rotate them. Hurts like crap when I do rotate them. All the popping and such.
I don't know what he expects to find out from the x-rays since I am pretty sure their not broken! LOL *shrugging........carefully!* LOL

If I don't do Kelly's class I am going to definately get to the Y and jump on the Arc Trainer. What good is it for me to watchthe cals like a hawk if I am not going to supplement with a little exercise?
Well sicne I think I am most likely rambling I am gonna head on out of here.
