Oaks- I try not to sweat the small stuff. Honestly I was looking forward to meeting a new female so I was more disappointed than anything, haha and I got to watch the sunrise which was nice!
Cate- Thanks Cate. I just feel like I'm always starting things and not finishing them, though this is really something I want to do! Haha my husband rolled his eyes.

Yesterday I'm technically counting as a perfect day, but I have had my cheat meal already. All day was perfect but I did SO MUCH WALKING (approx. 30,000 steps according to both my work phone and personal phone) and since I woke up super early for the walk that didn't happen.... I had to go out when I got home from work last night and I was suddenly starving, so we went out for ice-cream. We went to Cold Rock creamery which is my favourite place in the whole world, you pick a base ice-cream flavour then pick however many mix ins you want and they cut it all into the ice-cream. I had a small take home pack (would be about a pint/ 460ml) of peanut butter with brownie, cookie dough and more peanut butter mixed through. I think I died and went to heaven, it was the best thing ever. However it put me in a seriously lazy mood... I woke up and my PT was sick and had cancelled todays session, then I just kind of decided screw it, I want to 'be sick' too. So I called in sick to work (only the 2nd time since I've worked there, so I don't feel guilty) to spend time with the husband. It's been awesome, I've been good all day too. I did have to make my afternoon snack exciting, but it was sooooo filling. It was a whole batch of mini muffins I got out of the Protein Pow Cookbook, here's the recipe if you're interested:
1/2 cup egg whites (4 was exact)
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein (I used my vanilla plantfusion which worked as well)
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp. light cottage cheese
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp natvia/truvia
vanilla, cinnamon
approx. 20 blueberries
Everything except the blueberries went in the blender, then scooped into my silicone mini muffin tray (made 14 muffins) then I dropped 2-3 blueberries on each and baked for 15mins at 160C. A whole batch of muffins for 300ish cals, I'm so doing this next time I go to the movies! I think I could make pretty good choc ones if I switch out the oats for 2 tbsp. cacao and use 1 tbsp. natvia instead, something to try next time!!!!
Anyhoo, no plans for the rest of the day. We've just been watching movies (the Blade trilogy) and now Daria episodes. Really think the rest of the day will be easy... I would totally love for this to be a perfect week.
Food plan for tomorrow
B Gingerbread
S Green soup with bean bread
L Green smoothie
S Avocado cacao pudding
D Thai chicken burger, roast veg mix
Exercise None. Cuz I can.
