Being a responsible adult! Weight loss n stuff...

Yay for good measurements!

Do you have a good recipe for hummus? I tried to make some for the first time recently but I did not get my ratios right and I used WAY too much garlic! But I'm going to try again, maybe with roasted garlic instead of raw.

Thanks MrVee :D Hahaha I wouldn't mind a bit of junk in the trunk, I'm pretty top heavy... need to balance out a bit.

Oaks, I actually buy the hummus. I buy a really good brand here that doesn't have anything funny in it and it's usually cheaper than buying ingredients and having too much left over!

Well, because I really don't have anything to do today I am changing up the exercise. Had a quick look at the gyms class schedule and am now going to a CXworx class at 10, then straight into Body balance. So I'll be getting home around 12pm ish. After that I'm just thinking of giving my hair a wash as I'm doing a double again tomorrow morning, and Thu before work I have another class on... so that'll use up a bit more of my day too. Food will be the same, I'm just adding in a wrap to up the carbs and lower the deficit again.

Tomorrow is my usual Wed, PT (back) followed by Pilates, followed by whatever I want to do in the afternoon.

Food plan for tomorrow

B 2 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs, coffee
S (in between PT and Pilates) 40g almonds
L Snack plate- Brie, carrots and hummus, anchovy stuffed olives
S Homemade gummy lollies
D Homemade pizza

Exercise PT - back, Pilates

Good day again, 5 to go!!

Arghghghg that cx worx class was hard. Glad I went but I'll be sore tomorrow for my other workouts lol. Rest of the week will look a little different, Wade is going away for a couple of days so won't be able to take me to work... So moved my Fri PT session to Thu, I'll still do body balance right after. Then Thu night I'll try and get a lift home with someone... Fri I'll be walking both to and from work, Sat I'm walking to work.

Went grocery shopping with Ash after he knocked off, branched out and got a few new things for food for the fortnight! Also organised a lil date with him on Sunday night, going to stroll the evening markets and get ice-cream or a cheapo cafe dinner and coffee :D Depends on how late we go out (which will also be determined by how cold it is).

Tomorrow will just be all morning at the gym, I think arvo will be cooking and reorganising the pantry (hoping to find some goodies I've forgotten about along the way!)

Thanks Mystic, feeling really good right now!! In a pretty good spot calorie-wise I think, decent amount of food but big enough deficit to hopefully see some weight go without getting hungry.

Back workout was good, pilates was super challenging again... had a good morning of exercise. As soon as I got home I had lunch then made both an apple baked oatmeal and a blueberry one, then cooked a huge amount of sweet potato and cleaned up the kitchen. My pizza was awesome, really liked the base I got so will be grabbing one of them again! Really sleepy now though, yesterday and today I woke up pretty early. Bleh.

Tomorrow is my last day of gym double workouts, I have a PT chest sesh followed by Body balance. Almost at the end of my workout week! Of course I also have work tomorrow (days off go tooooo fast). Prepping dinner in my slow cookers before I go to bed so I can just turn them on in the morning! Might end up walking home from work tomorrow night too if it's not too dark or I can't get a lift.

Food plan for tomorrow

B Toasted GF bun with cheese and egg, coffee
S (in between workouts) 35g almonds
L Protein shake, choc chia pudding (fingers crossed this is a good one, people at work wanted some on Sat so I have time to switch it up if I need to)
S Greek yogurt and strawberries
D 130g corned beef, pumpkin soup

Exercise PT- chest, body balance

I really need to do some more meal prep stuff. It's so nice to be able to just grab something out of the freezer and go!
Your gym sessions sound crazy!

Where has this chia pudding been all my life? I am totally going to make this tomorrow! And you can have it for breakfast... I love you already!
Nice work on the double gyming! You are a machine! Nice work :)

Bluebean- I just made a chocolate one that was really popular at work!! One of the people I work with is vegan so I made this one without protein...

60g chia seeds
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
400ml coconut cream
125ml almond milk
50g nut butter (I used an unsweetened cacao/coconut/almond butter)
Equivalent to 4 tbsp sweetener
Pinch of salt

Make it the same as the other one... has the texture of chocolate mousse!

---------------------------

Ate all the food last night. Oops. Then TOM came today so I guess that's why! Just continued on again as usual today.

Walked home from work today and my knee got pretty irritated again, I'm starting to think it's the shoes I walk in (though my knee has been a bit stiff recently too) so I think I'm going to get an uber to work tomorrow. Arrgh.

Not much else happening in my world, husband has a cold so he's pretty miserable and I've been tentatively planning a little holiday for our wedding anniversary in Oct.

Food for tomorrow

B Choc chia pudding
S 110g guacamole, 1 carrot
L Smoothie
S Olives
D Pumpkin soup and corned beef

Exercise None

Hoping your knee feels better. Injuries are really the worst. Fortunately it's been a good long while since I've had one {knocks on particle board}.

Happy Anniversary in case I forget two months from now!
