you know what hun i havent asked you this but after your weight loss and stayed at your goal...what do you do now??? do you still work out?? how do you keep the weight you have without gaining it again![]()
I still workout 5-7 days a week..I go up and down in my weight about 2-3 pounds..but thats pretty normal i think..ill be 126 one day and a couple days later ill be 123..so it just depends on what i eat really..latley iv been eating crappy bc of easter and it was my little brothers birthday and we had pizza but then i just go right back to eating what i usually eat.

I am not at goal weight, but from what I am reading and what I have experienced myself, it becomes a way of life right? Like you look forward to working out, or you look forward to cooking and eating healthy... I personally love it.
im not at my goal yet but when i have saturday & sunday off not working out,...i hate it cause it feel so full and i want to exercise i cant go days without exercing and and im so use to watching what i eat if i cheat and have something chocolaty it makes me feel sick!.....So im so use to this diet right now & thats a good thing.
Doesn't sound like a diet to me... sounds like a way of life.
And I can relate 150% on everything you wrote, except for the chocolate part, it's usually something with grease that makes me feel sick, although I haven't really eaten anything with heavy grease in quite a few months... last week of December I believe.

Ahahaha.....I used to NEVER know what PEOPLE meant when they said "LISTEN" to their stomachs....I just thought being "BLOATED" was a way of LIFE in our "SUPER SIZED" society!O for sure! It does become a way of life..I LOVE working out now..i told myself when i started exercising i would NEVER run bc for me it was REALLY HARD...now i ABSOLUTLY love it!!..i feel like crap if i just miss ONE day of working out..if just makes you feel ALIVE and ENGERGIZED! I still eat bad things every now and then but it doesnt bother me bc of how much i workout..but i eat A LOT less then i did...i had food on my mind all the time and i would stuff myself too quickly to even know if i was full and then id be walking around BLOATED!!..now i eat slower and i listen to my body to tell me when im full.
