With a starting weight of 101 kgs.:eek: and clothing size of 20. :mad:

Almost at Refeed

:D Two Kilos to go before I start refeed. Those last ones are getting harder to shift. I am now in size 10 :) :D :D and I can't believe it.
I hope I have inspired everyone, I found the before and afters everyone posted when I began wonderful and still enjoy seeing everyones progress.
Stay on the wagon, this program works. ;)

First off thats AWESOME. You look fantastic.
Secondly, with your ticker, at first i thought it was POUNDS and i was like WHAT. And then I realized it was kg which completely changes everything:) hehe.

It's funny how the clothes change after you drop more weight. This will be the same for me. Someone that loses the weight is liable to wear more trendy clothes then someone that wasn't heavy to begin with. I think it's because we see so many thinner people look good in them while we are fat, then we want the same thing when we are thin. I think it's great, I think everyone looks better when keep up with fashion. My mom still wears stuff from the 90's! But then again she has always been thin.

Sorry the before one is the day before I started Cohens and my son took the pic,,,its a bit blurry but you get the idea.

Hello everyone, I am in my second week of cohens and have been using this forum and today is the first time I came across this thread and all I can saw is THAT IS AMAZING !!!!!!! I am absolutley blown away at the results and I believe that nothing can discourage me now from kepping on keeping on, you all look brilliant it is like the "makeover show" minus the surgery !!!! Congratulations to everyone, and thank you for having the strength to put up the photos, it has really made my day

Cate's before/after.

I hope this works as I have spent so much time trying to re-size my photos to be able to up-load & attach them. I have never done this before. The first photo was taken on my birthday(18th May '06) in Vietnam. The after I took myself (also a first)on Friday after buying my new top. I felt great & couldn't stop smiling! I have tried posting 2 afters but it will only let 2 be thumbnails. I might try posting the other in a 2nd post. Cheers, Cate.
