You are absolutely gorgeous. I too am 175cm. I pick up my new plan on friday. 4 years ago I was 115kg I lost 26kg on my own then found cohen back then in 2002. I lost 12kg but had little support and fell of the wagon. anyway my weight has been an ongoing battle since then, I have a new wonderful supportive partner....and a brand new plan from cohen so I will restart on monday.....I can't wait. I think that I lost 6kgs or just under in the 1st 4 weeks, I was told by my consultant that this was "less than normal" (I was very dissappointed at the time), and I lost roughly the same in my next 4 weeks.

I was only really on the plan for 10 weeks before collecting my refeed in December and then falling off the wagon at xmas.

Hi Reb I will be posting some photos toward the end of the week... just been sooooo busy at work and at home lately.
But I will whip out the bikini and do my last shots. I may even take one with me in my new dress!!! I bought it for my neices wedding it's formal and BACKLESS!!! OMG!!! :eek: :eek:

Just wanted to bump this back to the front, am plucking up the courage to post some photos this weekend, am nearing the end, am 3 kilos off the top end of Dr Cohen's recommended weight and have refeed reay to go. :) I am so pleased with my progress, am wearing size 10 and some of those tops are to large. :D This program is fantastic and to all those watching, reading and waiting take the plunge, it is the easiest lifestyle change around, not a diet at all. Must update my ticker an actually 66kgs. :p

Hi everyone, here are my before and afters 2 wks too late lol

1st pic was taken on Christmas Eve, 6wks after I started cohen's so had lost about 8kgs

2nd pic was taken on Tuesday, 10th April.

So far I'm maintaining my weight and feeling fantastic
