Im back to weighing daily it seems! I prefer it, so why not. Down .2 to 74.8kg yay :)
Had such a crap day yesterday, i just didnt feel like doing anything so ended up in bed reading a few times. I really wanted to eat some chocolate aswell, but i was very aware of it and i managed to stay strong and was under my calories :) better mood today it seems.

Well Friday night I went out with my boyfriend, his sister and her husband. There was a music night on in town where several bands are playing, everyone goes, quite fun really. Drank very much, ate alot too :p probably had about 7 beers and 2 wines, a hamburger, 2 packets of crisps. Yesterday I ate a whole pizza for breakfast lol. Had bought it the night before when we were drunk with the intention of eating it, but i fell asleep while my boyfriend cooked it for me, so that was breakfast :p plus a chocolate bar and some more crisps. I'm being good again now, i even went jogging yesterday afternoon. Definitely gonna start jogging again, it will go so much quicker if i do. I just dont particularly like it that much. But i'll try.

I hope to go jogging later, and i have to do some cleaning >.< this place smells
bad, the cats ripped open a bin bag earlier pfft, such naughty things
sometimes, and they're always throwing up/hairballs recently, it sucks cleaning
cat sick up! hmph.

you are not alone becky, I usually let myself go on the weekends and eat pretty much whatever I want, but when sunday gets here I tell myself "alright you had your fun, now go burn of some calories".

I'm just lucky that we have a short weekend (sunday isn't part of the weekend here).
 
Yeah, we have to let our hair down once in a while eh?? :p I dont go out every weekend, not much at all actually, and the summer is slowly winding down, then there won't be so many events/festivals i guess.

Kinda thinking of getting a treadmill or something, but we plan to move countries soon and could kinda do without extra things to take with us. We're not planning on taking furniture or anything so it's something to think about Gonna have a browse online for 2nd hand ones, maybe get something cheap and at worst give it to a friend or just chuck it.

So what have I done today? not that much. Went for a walk when i got up (42min) don't know a site where i can work out the calories burnt even semi accuratly, cus i guess when they just ask for your age or something, its a bit of a random guess xD

Cleaned slightly, lay about, read a bit, played WoW a bit, did the food shopping, and thats it really!

What i ate today:

3 crackers with pate
pork filet with green beans
apple
macaroni with sausage and sauce
1 light drink
2 pieces of milk chocolate
an ice lolly

I've lost 1.2lbs since yesterday, but im still a little higher than what my weight was last week. Fucked it up a bit after the weekend, too much beer and pizza :( humph
Its good news atleast. Got to lose like 20 more lbs! not that much if i think about it. Just to keep on the straight and narrow.
I was quite hungry last night, I couldn't sleep for a while, Just lying in bed thinking of food, and of different recipes i could make lol. Then my boyfriend turns over and asks me some sex related question, i was like typical man!! lol

So i've been for a walk already today. Had to get some bread, I hate it that if you go to the shop after 12 there's like no bread left! so that was about 45 mins walking. I got a hairdye aswell, gonna slowly take my colour towards my natural colour, which i dont even like that much but ill learn to like it perhaps xD I just cba with dying hair anymore and its in a bit of a bad state because of all the dying.

I did eat more than 507 calories yesterday, but obviously the site was down. I got to 1450, which is decent. Ive lost some more weight and im at 164.4 today yay!

I have 2 birthday parties to attend this weekend hmph, mixed feelings about going, will try not to go too crazy...

I need to think of some fun things to do this week, its gonna be frickin hot like all week long, something that doesnt cost too much and doesnt involve eating/drinking, my unimaginitive brain cant think of much. Well there is a place i can go swim nearby, will go there atleast once, perhaps ill see if the bf wants to go there with me on our bikes, and lay around in the sun + a bit of swimming.


Already done a bit of a workout this morning, followed a routine from my iphone. Been for a 35 minute walk aswell.

AOn top of what I ate yesterday, I also had an apple, tuna and cucumber on toast, and one square of chocolate. Which means I ate just over 1500 calories. My weight has gone from 164.4 yesterday to 163.6 today :D yay. Ive been for a 45 minute walk this morning, so thats exercise out of the way, although i will do some abs exercises and some push ups later on i think.

Gonna take the cats to the vets later. Have to get them chipped and vaccinated. Sucks that we have to wait then until january before we can take them to the uk :( bluhh, was hoping to move before christmas. Well i think we will go to the uk for christmas anyway, can start taking some things over then aswell.

I knw alot of people say eating right before you go to sleep is a big nono, but i actually do that alot lol if I have calories left and im hungry then i will eat, and will still have lost weight in the morning. So it seems thats one of those "weight loss myths" ...

Going to eat dinner with my boyfriends family tonight, so dont know what we'll be eating. Just gonna stick to small portions and lots of veggies to be on the safe side.

ASo I ate a bit more than 1500 calories last night, dont know exactly but its about 1550. I seemed to have gained .2 of a pound today hmph, cant complain really its only .2 and i didnt eat enough to gain that. Unless the dinner at my boyfriends parents was worse than i thought o_O

Today is our 3 year anniversary :p and we're trying to save money so we're not gonna go crazy. I said lets just order a chinese, cus we havnt had that in ages, rather than waste aload more money in a restaraunt. It's my boyfriends best mate's birthday so we'll go to the pub later to celebrate a bit. I hope i dont drink/eat too much. Really dont want to stall my progress again. And i have a fully booked weekend with plenty of opportunities for gaining a few pounds xD

I think its good your going back to your roots. What is your natural hair colour? I am thinking I might start using only semi permanent hair dye, as my hair is trashed as well.

Can't remember the last time I had calories left over lol :)

Ooooh, your moving back to england, when was that decided? Do you miss it a lot?

My natural colour is a very light brown, its not the nicest of colours tbh its a bit dull. But just gonna take the easy way of not dying it for a while, no doubt ill have red/dark brown again soon enough lol.

Me and my boyfriend decided like a month or 2 ago. Tbh i just cba here anymore, im so fed up of having to really think how to say something before i say it, and when im visiting my family, the littlest things make me so happy, just being able to go into a shop and not worry that the lady/man serving me will say something that i dont understand. I miss english food like crazy aswell lol, i stock up whenever im there and bring as much back as i can fit in my suitcase. I cant even work in a supermarket here because my level of dutch isn't good enough, atleast i can do that for a while when i go back. Im gonna go to college next year, ive decided :) gonna get some qualifications for working with horses, its my passion. I would love it to just be able to invite my family over for the weekend and stuff like that, cus its been so much hassle, only my mom and my brother have been here to see me once since i moved here. My boyfriend speaks perfect english so he shouldnt have trouble getting work, and hes very intelligent (hes autistic actually, i saw your son is aswell ruth) but he doesnt have much trouble with that tbh. So we should be moving by the 1st of january :)

Im having a fat piggy weekend :( just eating and drinking all the time, whatever i want. This has got to stop or ill never lose weight. I just feel i need to get my crosstrainer/treadmill and then it will be easier. Cus i really cba to like go running outside, and walking is boring, but i reckon when i get my own equipment here i will use it all the time. Funnily enough its looking like it might be easier to order one from the uk and get it delivered, its even cheaper that way than getting one here :S weird. Ive seen a nice crosstrainer + bike in one that will cost about 110 quid for the crosstrainer and the delivery, which is not too shabby, gotta check with my boyfriend but hopefully we'll order it tomorrow! I need it sooooon.

Going to a friends house tonight, its her birthday. Not a close friend, but sort of aquiantance/new friend who i dont know that well yet. So that should be nice i think. I know theres no stopping myself now today, i just really feel like eating and drinking everything in sight. Hopefully tomorrow i can get back to it a bit, new day and all. We're gonna go do a bit of sunbathing swimming at this holiday park close by with a man made lake there, its quite nice. Ive got some stuff to make wraps to take with us for lunch, and will probably make some boiled eggs too.

Ive chose 3 main meal recipes that im gonna make next week plus the wraps im making tomorrow, and my shopping cost 20 euros more than usual because of that lol.Well tbf we did buy a 9 euro bottle of wine, which we wouldnt usually so that doesnt count i guess :p ah well im excited to try these new recipes!

AOh no... Not a fat piggy weekend! Anything but a fat piggy weekend. My food was like that yesterday and the day before as well so I can't have a go! Actually, I will, I have got angry at myself, so I have every right to get angry at you :) STOP, RIGHT NOW!!! Honestly, make a big renewed effort tomorrow (like I've done today). Sometimes when you get a bit slack it can be a slippery slope into extreme chubbiness. You've done your shopping... hope it was all good foods!

If your trying out new foods for the first time shopping is always more expensive, but if you do them things again you'll most probably have some ingredients left in your cupboard for next time so it'll be cheaper. You should see the amount of oils and vinegars I have in my cupboards from making so many new recipes lol.

It must be so isolating when you don't know the language properly. Although you have made a new mate who's house your at now. It sounds like you have what you want to do sussed, glad your going for it.

My natural hair is mousey. It was blonde till I was a teenager. Wish it could've stayed that way.

£110 for the cross trainer including delivery is a great price.
 
AThanks rainbow, I have been reasonably good today, and yesterday would've been good but a friend of my boyfriend's wanted to spontaneously come over from amsterdam (2 hour + drive) so we all went out and had some drinks.

Im lowering my calories for a bit. I know im not gonna exercise this week. But ive ordered my cross trainer, and if im lucky it'll arrive on thursday or friday, yay! looking forward to owning one lol. I swear im gonna use it alot!! I just hope its a decent one. It had several good reviews so fingers crossed. I used to do an hour on the crosstrainer at the gym several times a week along with a bit of other stuff.

I think im just gonna stay in on weekends from now on lol when i bother having a social life i fuck up my diet, I dont feel the need to drink at all unless i go to the pub. Im quite shy and dont find it that easy talking to people so i will drink when i go out to make it easier >.< which is really lame, but yeah, thats how it is.

Anyway, todays going okay. Had to go with my bf for a bloodtest (hes diabetic) and hes scared shitless of having blood taken lol, bless.

AIt isn't lame to need a drink in the pub! I remember going to the pub when preggers, it felt really depressive not being able to drink when every one else was. Although I do really admire people who can go out, not drink and have a great time. Right now I should be giving you the advice to make every other drink a non-alcoholic one, but I won't, because I tried to do that and failed, multiple times lol. Maybe instead of going out every weekend, you could go out every other weekend and do something better, like a poshish restaurant, or a show or something. Even bowling/cinema (are there English films on?)/ice skating. That way, you won't even be getting into the pub till about 10, which means you will drink less overall as well.

Glad to see your excited about the cross trainer :)
 
AThats a good suggestion actually Ruth! We dont go out until about 10 anyway here, the pubs open until 2 so enough time to drink alot lol. I think next weekend i'll suggest going to the cinema :) most of the movies are in english but with dutch sub-titles, and if we do go out after ill try that every other drink is non alcoholic. Tbf we should be saving money and not going out on the weekend drinking lol. But I tend to forget that sometimes :p Well we only went out these last 2 weeks because of birthdays and such.
