600 calories burnt woop woop! =D

Hmm so ill have a nice tuna salad in a bit i think! followed by pancakes xD
Now for a bit of relaxing on the sofa.

Loving this warm weather we're having. I cant wait to spend the weekends swimming/sunbathing, bbq's etc it's gonna be great.
 
I had a nice time last night at the dinner party type thing. It was supposedto be at a restaraunt but the guy who arranged it couldnt find a baby sitter so we got food delivered. I ate too much and probably drank about 2 bottles of wine. Im not gonna go out for dinner for a while now! Cant be bothered for these little set backs every week.. Will probably be back to my pre dinner weight in a few days. Just 20 pounds to go!

I bought some white jeans recently that are too small. I can nearly fit into them though! A few more weeks i think.. Then maybe i can fit into my old black skinnies that ive been aiming to wear again.

The game i met my bf on is world of warcraft! i've quit as of 5 months ago but ive decided to get my laptop repaired this weekend and i might just be playing again..just occasionly mind you!

Guild Wars! I played a few years ago and stopped. I saw footage for GW2 a few weeks ago so I decided to start playing again.

More of a stress relief thing than anything else though.
 
Ahhh im worn out. Finished work for today. Going to go to the gym soon, and then i have to babysit for a bit. Today is going good food wise. I ordered a "healthy baguette" for lunch, lots of salad on but also cheese and egg, so im just having something small for dinner, then whatever my calories allow me after the gym.
My boyfriend wants to go out tonight, but im not sure. He's working until 9 so he'll probably be very tired anyway. I dont want to go out drinking really.. rather wake up and be lighter tomorrow morning than drink and eat too much and gain a bit.

Food today:

-cheese and low fat mayo sandwich x2
-baguette with ham,cheese,egg and salad
-hot chocolate
-cup a soup
-banana
-a few small biscuits
-2 caramel snack a jacks
-tuna sandwich
-small packet of crisps
-some chips :cool:
-chocolate bar

I ate a bit more than i should have done last night. Up .2 today..so ill try and eat good today, and stick at 1300 or so. Gotta work soon for 3 hours. Then gonna take my laptop to be repaired, do the food shopping and maybe go look around the shops ;D Nothing like buying clothes at the end of a busy week.

Im gonna try and be really strict this week. Keep snacking all the time. Gotta stop that.
We went to a birthday party type thing yesterday. Iy was in the day time so us ladies sat out in the sun, the men were inside with beer ad snacks so i thought id stay away grom that. Hardly ate anything there. A piece of cake because its expected. It was a nice day.

Weight today: 164.4

Want to be less than this tomorrow!

Food so far:

-3 crackers with pate
-yogurt
-ham and cucumber sandwich
-banana
-2 tiny chocolate biscuits

Have to work late tonight i think. So hardly anything to snack on here anyway. Ill order a salad for dinner and try and stay away from the hot chocolate.
 
This morning i weigh 164 exactly woop xD
I had a take away pizza for dinner yesterday but didnt eat that much the rest of the day and i was on my feet working for a ridiculous amount of time.

Ok so.. ive been slacking a bit.
Last week was okay, i managed to lose some wight but im definitely up now after the weekend. Gonna avoid weighing for a few days, i cant face the numbers lol. Im gonna really try this week! hopefully i dont have to work late, so im going to the gym at every possible opportunity and not eating everything within reach.

Ive been in brussels this weekend so i let go of the diet and had what i wanted, so quite alot basically.

Food today:

-bran flakes with yogurt and sugar
-chicken sandwich

Doing well so far today!

Congratulations on learning dutch.

My advice, give up your weaknesses altogether. Sorry i know you didn't ask but i find it hard not to do that.

I have quit all forms of (not fruit obviously) sugar, even on my porridge if i have it and its great. I don't miss it at all. When i binge, its mainly on icecream. I can't stop myself eating once i start eating sweet foods. But chocolate is part of that whole scenario too. I don't miss chocolate at all even though if you give me a block i have to eat the whole thing. Actually i don't miss anything when i take the option to quit those foods.

Like you i have and just had that time of the month binge. I also got really moody this time. I think its a hormonal thing. I am just going to do it if it happens but resist it if possible and then jump back on the wagon as quick as possible afterwards. If its only once a month, it shouldn't upset progress too much. And it may not be every month either.
 
Thanks for your input fourtyfour. Well sometimes i can go for weeks sticking with my diet and other times i have a bad day twice a week or something. So i guess atm im taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back, which is slowing me down but yeh its my own fault, sometimes its hard to resist..and i dont think about the consequences until later on. But im gonna keep going slowly moving forwards with this.

Yesterday i did quite well, still snacked a bit at night after the gym, but was under my calories. Still not checking the scales..and it feels kinda better not doing so, hopefully in a few days it'll show something nice. If i can stick to my calories.

Dutch class this evening. Yay. lol, but it is kinda good, when im at school i dont eat anything so theres less temptation.

Off to work soon. Yesterday it felt like there was not alot of work to do so i was constantly searching for what i can do and thats annoying, i prefer it when they tell me what to do lol. We'll see how it goes.
 
So. Two successful days eating wise. Had no time to exercise today but ill be going to the gym tomorrow evening. That time of the month is almost here so that doesnt help things, but yeh cant do anything about it. Hopefully the weather is looking up tomorrow, it was supposed to be a really warm week but so far its terrible. I tried on my white jeans tgat im waiting to fit into earlier, my ass is too big lol and my thighs.. Maybe in a few weeks.
 
Yesterday was not bad. I ate a little too much.

Thia morning ive weighed in at 163.6 which is only .4 difference than my lowest weight from last week. So thats cool! hopefully by the weekend im down a bit more. Just gotta keep this up, sticking to my calories.
I went running last night. I didnt feel like the gym. Im slowly getting better at running which is nice. I always think it might save my life one time haha. Being able to run. So im gonna keep going with that too.

My boyfriend showed me an article yesterday about green tea and how it helps weight loss. I read around about to see if it was true and it seems to be. So im going to drink a few cups per day and hope it helps. I have green tea with lemon and put a bit of liquid sweetner in and its quite nice.

I have dutch class again this evening, and then i dont have to go for 2 weeks yayyy xD
It's nice to have all of my evenings back. More time to work out also.
 
You are right about the running. I am afraid to start doing it now. My father's doctor says anyone over 40 shouldn't run. Well i don't know. But i am sticking to the long brisk walk at the moment. Its all about the knees but when i did run, god i loved it. It is hard in the beginning but once you get your fitness up you feel so much better. I think my fitness at the moment is ok. I don't puff and stuff when i do work or things.

I think its really really important to bring fitness into our lives in a regular way. I

Sorry i am just waffling. I am trying to follow other peoples diaries and encourage them if possible.
 
Well i dont know about not running after 40, never heard of that actually. Its a shame if you cant do it anymore. Its alright, running. But i think i dont run properly lol. My boyfriend said that at least. But I dont know how to correct myself really. Also i feel a bit wobbly when i run lol, my belly wobbles and my butt which is not that great..it'll go away soon enough i hope.
Had a nice workout at the gym last night. 35 minutes on crosstrainer which says i burnt 450 calories. 20 minutes on the treadmill with a bit of jogging, 150 calories. Eating was good yesterday too. I weigh the same today as yesterday so thats okay. I did eat extra because of the workout.

Now to stick to good eating today. Will do another workout tonight. Probably going out to the pub tonight. Im gonna try not to drink, will have water/diet coke. I can do this! lol
 
Okay so I'm back on here again! it's nice really, to browse everyone's threads sometimes. I've had a bit of a hectic last few months, at first i was doing wonderfully and went down to about 158lbs but unfortunatly ive gone up to 165ish atm ah well!! it's not that much i guess, although I put it on very quickly with some fucking hardcore binge sesh's. Been back on track again since thursday last week, and im not weighing myself very often. I know im eating right and trying to put a bit of exercise in so i dont need to check the scales that much. (will see how long that lasts)
So to keep me in check a bit i'm gonna start posting my food and such on here.

Ive been working out these past few days with the help of my iphone. I found this free app which is sorta useful. You just basically choose a workout and get going, and it says like now do 1 minute of crunches, 15 seconds rest and so on. It seems to be going quite well. I woke up yesterday with most of my body acheing apart from my abs. So i did an ab workout program yeterday. I might not do any today. I should probably go for a run/bike ride or atleast a walk :p we'll see how that goes. I dont have much motivation at the moment, sitting at home unemployed. Kinda sucks a bit.

Ok so i weighed myself this morning. For some reason im not crazy pleased with what the scale said, i think its because i weigh in kg's and the number seems too small but when u turn it into lbs it looks better haha. I might start weighing in pounds then. I only weighed myself 3-4 days ago and ive lost 0.6 kg or 1.3 lbs so that's great i guess! yay im doing it good. It's nice to know. Just munching on my breakfast now :) another day of job seeking, hmph. There are no jobs at the moment, really lame!
