Heh.. well we haven't gone grocery shopping again yet, but thanks for reminding me to look for soy milk. I'll definitely stay away from the one I had. I dunno the name of it but when I see it I'll know. :D

Dern.. I'm starting to slack off in reporting my cals for the day!!

I had about 1300-1500 cals yesterday all thanks to my korean seafood dinner heh.
AND I'm having it again tonight b/c there was plenty of leftovers! YAY!

I really need to move my scales somewhere else! Putting them right outside the bathroom is just too tempting to resist!!
Yes I snuck a peek again and well.... it read 219 :eek: Not recording it though!
I really need to learn more self control when it comes to weighing in lol. Even though it's nice to see the number keep dropping.. I told myself I want to do it on a weekly basis.. not every other day :p heh
 
Alrighty.. so I did my exercises today.
Only had to do 20minute workout (yay) and then did 30minutes on the treadmill.
I got a really bad cramp at about 20minutes on the tread but sorta bent over the handle bars for about 2 mins (while still walking), stood back up and the cramp was gone so I was able to finish up the 30mins no problem! I was determined heh.

Also ate about 1300-1500 cals today. Dinner was YUM! Ate my leftovers and finished off the seaweed wraps :D

I haven't snacked late at night for 2 days now which I'm happy about. But I think that's only b/c I've been having a cup or 2 of coffee (decaff of course) at night b/c it's been getting chilly. :)

Anywho! I hope everyone is having a great week so far!
I really need to start catching up on more ppls threads! Geeze I'm such a slacker.
 
Alrighty... about to go and exercise... Just dropping by to ramble a few minutes.
I did not want to get out of bed. I dunno what it is about our bedroom but dangit! It gets cold as heck in there! You just want to stay all nice and snuggled up under the warm blanket.... aaaaahhhhhh... think I'm gonna do that after I'm done exercising. Er well probably not though b/c I'll be hot heh.

So... off to do Cardio Party today!

Ok... I only did 20mins of Cardio Party... at about 10mins into it I started feeling nauseous for some reason. I kept at it very low impact for another 10mins but couldn't go longer. Alot of the moves involve this move called the tuck.. it's basically a crunch standing up and just... bleh. I couldn't do it with the way my stomach is feeling.
I didn't want to just stop though so I did do 30mins on treadmill. Still felt a bit sick but pushed through it.

Gosh I hope I'm not getting sick. Hope it's just something that will quickly pass... :(

Ooooo I just had to helpings of kimchi and it was gooooood. The last jar I got was good, but whatever they did with the kimchi this time it's better! The flavor is alot more bold. Just yum!

I'm not sure how many calories I had today. Forgot to lay something down for dinner so we went out and got fast food, BUT the place is local so they don't have a nutrition chart on their website :\
I only had a chicken sandwich and fries though.. nothing major.

My cal count is probably at about 1300-1800.. somewhere in between there.. *nodnod*
 
SO... my official weighin is today and ya know what?
That 219 weight stuck around!! WOOHOOO!!!! *happy dance happy dance*
I'm even feeling a bit bloated/upsetstomach/gonna have to go to the bathroom soon feeling as well so scale could go down more BUT... it's what it read when I first woke up so that's what im gonna stick to. :D

My exercises are gonna be off to a late start today though since I'm having to eat a bigger meal before it. It's all good though :) Can't wait to struggle through Turbo Sculpt! hehe
And i hope my stomach doesn't start acting wonky again when I'm doing Ab Jam.

Ok so I have to admit something.
I'm slacking off when it comes to doing Turbo Sculpt. Doing the liftng of the weights is ok. I can do that, but alot of what they do also includes ALOT of squats and lunges and I absolutely HATE those. I hate it when my legs get that weak wobbly feeling and that's exactly what happens when I try to do them... so.. I've been like doing maybe 1 or 2 and then just standing there doing the upper body moves.
Doing treadmill... my legs don't feel weak. They get that good burn in them so I can keep going for the whole time, but the stuff they have you do is just BLAH.
And even the 1 or 2 I do.. I don't go deep b/c well.. I can't go deep. *sigh*
It's just gonna be a long time before I'm able to do squats/lunges. I think my treadmill walks are good enough for now, but those sq & luns will help me shape my legs better.. ya know. Maybe when I've lost more upper body weight it will be easier for me. *shrugs*

Anywho... did 20mins of Turbo Sculpt, 10mins Ab Jam, and 30min treadmill.
 
definitely dont give up, it doesnt matter if you can do 1 or 10 right now. what matters is that you know what number you are starting at. then make a plan that every week you will add on a certain amount ( even if it's one!) and make sure to do that every week- in a few weeks you will have gained strength! if you give yourself small steps to walk on, eventually you will get there!
 
Thanks fsi... I know I'll be able to do more eventually. It's just a bit disheartening when you can't do it all now ya know?

So.. eating this weekend didn't go too great as usual. Dern weekends! lol I mean I really didn't go overboard with anything in particular, just ate a few things I probably shouldn't have hehe.

I might be skipping exercise tomorrow. Or more like... just switching Sat rest day with tomorrow.
BF is off tomorrow and we're planning on going to a few places. So depending on when we get back and how I'm feeling.. I might skip exercising. It's ok though so long as I make up for it and do it on Sat :)

Welp.. no exercise today! We were in and out of the huse all day and I just didn't feel like exercising. It might be like this next Monday as well since bf will be off then.

That's alright though since I can just replace that Sat's rest day with Monday like this week :)

The lazy streak is sneaking up on me... so is the overeating one. I was bad today and didn't record my calories. BUT I did resist eating a yummy cupcake after dinner! When we got those I told myself every other day MAYBE and I'm sticking to it!

I did have one of my fat free vanilla pudding cups with a glop of lite whipped cream on top and it was Gooooooooood hehe.

Anywho... can't wait to exercise tomorrow!
OH and I almost forgot that it's about that time to take measurements again!
I'm dreading it a bit. Even though I can see and feel some parts of me have slimmed down... I dunno if the numbers are going to reflect it. NM that I can't measure in the same exact spots hehe.
Oh well... so measurements will be posted tomorrow when I wake :) *crosses fingers!*
 
Your gonna do great!!! The best thing is- you FEEL it, and as long as you know its happenin- you aren't gonna give up :D
Mondays are my day off, and I totally know what you mean about not making it in to workout when theres stuff goin on.. its harder than hell to get my butt in the gym when I know I could be out having a good ol' time instead :rolleyes:

Woke up today and am feeling just alright. I can feel a headache wanting to come, but I took some asprin so I'm hoping it will be gone in an hour give or take.

Alrighty, Just got done taking my new measurements. There wasn't as big of a change since last time, but there was still something which is always great :)
First number was taken about 4 weeks ago, 2nd 2 weeks ago... and 3rd a few minutes ago :)

L Upper Mid Arm- 16.3, 15.3.... 15.2
R Upper Mid Arm- 16.4, 15.3.... 15.3
L Upper Mid Thigh- 28, 26.6.... 26
R Upper Mid Thigh- 27.6, 26.5.... 25.7
Bust- 43, 42.... 42
Chest (under breasts)- 39.3, 37.5.... 37.5
Stomach (above bellybutton)- 40.5, 40.6.... 39.1
Waist- 38.2, 37.8.... 37.7
Stomach (below bellybutton & includes some upper butt :p)- 47.5, 46.5.... 43.3
Hips- 49, 46.5.... 46.1


So... alot of parts stayed about the same, while others have finally started shrinking :)
I know my stomach area is going slowly away though. Before I started this... when laying down I couldn't even feel my ribs. I couldn't even suck in my gut laying on my back.
But now... I can feel my ribs some and I can suck that gut in lol.

Alrighty... I'm off for now and will return once I'm done with my exercises.
 
So... did my exercises :D

Did 20minute workout, 10mins of Ab Jam, & 30minutes on the treadmill.

Still had a small headache when I started, but it went away as soon as the warming up started :)

Oh and I tryed Vanilla flavored Silk today before I exercised. Had it with a bowl of Fiber One cereal.

The texture of it is just fine, but I couldn't really taste anything? It was like eating cereal with water. I'll try a cup of it alone next time just to see if the cereals taste was overwhelming it or what.
