Well see my problem is that I'm a night owl. I usually go to bed at around 4am.
So Eating dinner at 5pm or 6pm... I have to snack on something at around 10-11pm.
I just have to control the snacking. I tend to overeat during this time and BOY is it hard to get over.
Before I would literally have a full meals worth of food. Like I'd get those cheapo ramens and eat one of those along with 2 eggs in it. Or make myself something big and just totally bad for me.
I think if I can just snack on something good and small I'll be ok

The smell in the living room is pretty much gone now (only a very very faint smell that smells like vanilla).... so exercising should be picking up again tomorrow

20min workout, Ab Jam, and Treadmill here I come! WOOHOO! If I'm feeling up to it, I might try to do more of the floor Ab stuff... since I keep forgetting to get me an exercise ball

EDIT: Oh yeah! I forgot that I weighed in on Friday.. and was back down to 219.. yay

I won't be surprised if I stay the same this week or even go back up to 220. It's ok though.. I just have to stick with it!! WOOT!
