Ok, I've been absent a couple of days but I had an overall good week last week. However Fishing wasn't quite as safe as I thought it would be. I won't go into detail on calories consumed and budget mostly because I'm not 100% sure on total calories over the weekend. I'll start with the negatives:
What I did that didn't help me with weight loss:
Drank too many Beer (about 9 over 3 days) not enough to get drunk, but too much if I'm trying to lose weight
Snacked Constantly: Beef Jerky, Smoked Salmon, Peperoni Snacke, Mixed nuts.... Ohhhhh I ate so many mixed nuts I actually felt sick when I went to bed. ( On the plus side no chips or chocolate really)
I didn't drink much water - I went from over 100 oz per day to a couple of cups, if that
Minor Wins:
I tried to keep some kind of track of what I was eating, if only to help influence my decisions.
Spent a lot of time outside, mostly sitting but I figure 7-10hours per day sitting in a tent when the air temperature is -20C has got to be burning at least a few calories. I found a website that said I would burn 110calories/hr, not sure if I believe that or not.
We did a little walking with gear
Yesterday we went to Denny's with my wifes Grandparents and eventhough the huge burgers with a side of yam fires, or the deep fried jalepenos were calling my name I went for the grilled chicken and avacado sandwhich with a side of veggies and ranch.
I weighed in this morning:
289 lbs, down another 2lbs this week. I've been having some rough weekends, otherwise I feel like I would be down quite a bit more already. I'm still happy, and well on my way to 250.
