So It's been a while since I have posted. 2 weeks to be exact. I had a bit of a runaway leading up to Easter Sunday. and then took a week off from counting the week after Easter. The result. I weighed in on April 28th at 264.2. So not bad for taking essentially 2 weeks off, but to be fair I should be under 260 right now, instead I am quite further away than I was 2 weeks ago.
On the plus side, I am counting again, and I have started commuting to work by bicycle. 8.8km with a couple of good hills. Takes me 25 minutes with stop lights. I estimate this as about 600-700 calories burnt per day that I commute. I am also starting hockey again in a week or two.
