As you are putting words in my mouth, how many months have I been on a low carb diet?
How many kg have I lost ?
The guy did not seem to have a clue how low carb diets work or why carbs are not eaten after 4 p.m.
On that. I'd love to better understand " how low carb diets work "

- what type of " vigorous exercise " do you do at the gym ? Can you elaborate ?
- when you say " low carb " ...how many caloires / grams a day from carbs would that be ?
- when you say " minimal fats " ...how many caloires / grams a day from " minimal fats " would that be ?
- exactly how many kg did you lose over how many months and how much of that loss came from fat and how much was muscle ? Any idea ?
