I only drink water and 100% juices now (and I hardly drink juice now, I prefer to eat the actual fruit - more filling and much more nutrious)
I agree with this statement. Especially if you're trying to lose weight. I prefer not to drink my calories. Ok so NOW i prefer not to drink my calories.
And I agree with the artificial sugar thingy. Its not good for you. Just one thing at a time.

I was hungry, and my friend insisted on Atlanta Bread Company. I strongly advise anyone who eats at this place (of course you gotta be in Metro ATL) to look at the menu before you go. Actually, I advise that for any out to eat place. The reason why I bring it up about this one is that all the food that they serve seems like it would be low calorie, but it isn't. Actually, some of the items you'd think was low calorie were the high ones, and vice versa. Just "food for thought".
