I have been doing stretches and girlie pushups this week. Also I went to the gym twice this week, 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 10 minutes sit ups, and throwing 7 lb balls in a hoop while doing the sit ups. Plan to go to the gym on Friday and Saturday too. I hope to be able to get into my size 10's again soon. I am really sore though.

Good Morning Anna Banana!!


I messed up first thing this morning, I am allowed to have 22 points a day on the old WW plan. I made some peanut butter no flour cookies and ate two of them. They cost me 6 points, and I am very hungry now. I will have to make a great salad for lunch! Isn't that just typical of me, I lose I gain, I eat good, I eat poorly. I'm I ever going to get it right! :banghead:


Don't do as I do, do as I say..........heeeeeee! "Don't eat junk food save your points for healthy food choices," you will be more satisfied at the end of the day.
 
I didn't do too bad today!


I did go back to the gym and worked out 40 minutes. I think what I need is to drink more water, 49.8 oz with adding two cups of coffee. My husband wanted to eat at KFC

Welcome to the forum from A fellow Kentuckian! I'm actually in China now, but was born and raised in KY!
I have never done weight watchers, but my sister has had great success with it. I use myfitnesspal.com to count my calories. I exercise a lot, but I don't log it on there (except what the fitbit that I wear says I do) so I don't get tempted to "eat back my calories'. To jump start your weight loss, you might want to do a 30 min walk every day...no matter what. 3days a week is good to "maintain" but I find it really hard to lose at that rate...for me anyway,
I won't wish you good luck, but I will wish you good choices...after all, it is all about choices...the ones we make every day, every meal, every break!
