What a lovely anniversary! Surprised Big Fred with a Fitbit as he has been very interested in mine. We went out to eat with the family--all four of our children, my sister, my daughter's BFF and BFF's three girls (aka "the littles"--they keep me young!). It was a wonderful evening. I ordered pan-seared tilapia which was delicious! I had assumed that my dinner would have exhausted my SP for the day, but when I logged it all this morning, I found that I actually had SPs leftover yesterday. It's not good to not eat to your target, but I'm okay with eating too little occasionally. I certainly am not going to make a habit of it!
I woke up this morning with a bad headache...not quite a migraine, but a nuisance nonetheless. I've had some greek yogurt, some water and some advil. I'm going to nap for a few minutes in hopes that it will go away. I've got a busy day today, so I'll have to get moving after the nap.
