That he is, Cate! (And it's a good thing, because at this stage of my life I don't want to have to train another one!!)
Mr. Scale was not as kind to me as Big Fred was though. I only lost 0.2 lbs or a little over 3 oz. <sighs>
Anyway, let's look at the bright side...
1. I weigh 13.2 lbs less on April 1st than I did on March 1.
2. In the month of March, I increased my step count from around 2000 steps/day to around 5500 steps/day.
3. I also went from drinking close to no water each day to drinking 80 oz of water each day.
4. I did not have one single day in the month of March where I ate over my daily/weekly points allowances.
5. I feel happier/more positive at the end of March than I did at the beginning.
March truly was a month of madness! Now on to April...
