Amy's Diary--March Madness Edition

Well, today is the last day of March. Has it ended on a high note? I think regardless of what the scale says, you killed it this month and should be incredibly proud of yourself.

I managed to survive the day without the headache turning into a migraine. I didn't get a lot of work done, but sometimes that happens. We had dinner at my mom's house and then played board games afterwards. It was an enjoyable evening. Oh, yeah...I almost forgot...Big Fred had the day off today so he took it upon himself to look at the WW website and find a dessert recipe. He shopped for the ingredients and made the dessert. It was a very sweet gesture that I appreciated very much!

March 31 Summary:

OP Day 35/35

I am actually looking forward to my weigh-in in the morning!

That he is, Cate! (And it's a good thing, because at this stage of my life I don't want to have to train another one!!) ;)

Mr. Scale was not as kind to me as Big Fred was though. I only lost 0.2 lbs or a little over 3 oz. <sighs>

Anyway, let's look at the bright side...
1. I weigh 13.2 lbs less on April 1st than I did on March 1.
2. In the month of March, I increased my step count from around 2000 steps/day to around 5500 steps/day.
3. I also went from drinking close to no water each day to drinking 80 oz of water each day.
4. I did not have one single day in the month of March where I ate over my daily/weekly points allowances.
5. I feel happier/more positive at the end of March than I did at the beginning.

March truly was a month of madness! Now on to April... :auto:

March was indeed a wonderful month! 13.2lbs? Excellent :D I love all of the above good points :auto:
