What a lovely anniversary! Surprised Big Fred with a Fitbit as he has been very interested in mine. We went out to eat with the family--all four of our children, my sister, my daughter's BFF and BFF's three girls (aka "the littles"--they keep me young!). It was a wonderful evening. I ordered pan-seared tilapia which was delicious! I had assumed that my dinner would have exhausted my SP for the day, but when I logged it all this morning, I found that I actually had SPs leftover yesterday. It's not good to not eat to your target, but I'm okay with eating too little occasionally. I certainly am not going to make a habit of it!

I woke up this morning with a bad headache...not quite a migraine, but a nuisance nonetheless. I've had some greek yogurt, some water and some advil. I'm going to nap for a few minutes in hopes that it will go away. I've got a busy day today, so I'll have to get moving after the nap.

Sounds like a lovely day (it's such a great feeling making healthy choices when out, isnt it!!) and I too hope the nap will sort you out.

The headache finally went away late morning yesterday and, as predicted, I had a busy day. Sarah and I did some birthday shopping for her. The laundry is almost caught up--as close as it will ever be, anyway! The bills are paid--so we don't have to worry about anything being shut off! :) I did a little cleaning. And my parents got home about 5 PM! It is so good to have them home again! Spent the evening with them and managed to stay on program for the entire day! So 2 of the 3 "hard" days have been a success--fingers crossed for today as well! I'm taking a spinach & strawberry salad, cheesy potatoes and the dessert for our Easter lunch today. All three are WW-friendly recipes so I'm feeling good about that! I need to run so that I can get ready for Easter services. I hope you all have a blessed Easter day!

Things I did well: was fully aware of each thing I ate (and tracked it)--no mindless munching; NO CHOCOLATE!!; enjoyed the company of my family; was helpful with food prep and clean-up afterwards.

Things that needed improvement: water intake; those darn jelly beans; unreal expectations; should have walked more

Overall it was a good day. My plan for the rest of the week is to use no more weekly points and to really push the water.

Ack! Two days in a row of not hitting my FP goal. I must work on that! My current goal is about 5000 steps/day. I need to step it up. (Pun intended. :smilielol5:)
 
Sounds like you had a really successful easter! Some days when I haven't made my step goal I just walk around the lounge while watching tv, to get a few extra. It can be difficult to do at the end of a long day, but once I'm started i usually get to goal.

Thanks, Cory and delsid! I really want to end March on a high note!

I woke up with a headache again today. This one feels like it has the potential to go full-blown migraine by the end of the day. I currently have all the lights out in my office and am working by the light coming through the one window.

I'm hoping to have time this weekend to get to all the diaries and give back some of the support that I receive from you all!
