Well, well, well...here I am...trying to lose weight...again.
Not sure what I want this diary to look like, so I'm sorry if I seem a little multi-personic at first. (I know...that's not a word.)
I'll start with some goals:
1. Get back to where I'm drinking at least 48 oz of H2O. Every. Single. Day. I'm currently a rockstar at drinking 32 oz a day--need to bump that up a bit.
2. Stay within my sp (smart points) limit each day. Yes, I'm a Weight Watcher--if Oprah can do it, then, dang it, so can I.
3. Increase my average weekly steps by 500 steps a day.

Having sustainable goals is a good place to start & drinking enough water is very important, as is getting a good night's sleep. All the best. Cheers, Cate.
