Today I had to face the toughness of eating out.
thankfully I only have one fruit snack and slimfast left because I almost consumed all my calories!
today I had:
a small bowl of smart start cereal and skim milk
then I went with a friend to a place called supersalads,
I ordered a combo but instead of half a sandwich and half a salad I had half a soup instead. I had a bowl of broccoli soup-no cream or cheese on it-
and a Hawaiian salad: lettuce, chicken breast with coconut, cranberries, tangerine and a bit of cream cheese. it was delicious!
and I dared to have a strawberry-banana smoothie in the end.
but.. of course it is a bit more caloric than I usually eat at home.
I am around 1.150 calories so far. just about 200 left for dinner alone.
but I still have to exercise today also. I am going to walk for an hour and a half-moderate pace. see if I can jog a bit, and then my usual stretching and yoga.
I don't think I had a bad meal, it still was healthy enough. but I keep wondering because at restaurants you can't tell how much sugar or salt they add to food and I don't general add any of those, especially salt and the soup was a bit salty.
but oh heck I feel great and I know that by going for a walk I'll feel much better.
