O i love your diary!! Reminds me im not alone at avoid fridges, kitchens and shops lol Have you wieghed yourself yet if not get it done, if you put it off you will just make your self more anxious and thats not good at all :) Doesnt really sound like you are eating much to me but half the stuff you dont get over here i dont think. Scatty is good at times once its out of your system its done and dusted!

I try not to weight myself daily, but weekly. I know I won't see much difference every day and I try to remain calm, reminding myself that my health is way more important than those dreadful 30 pounds!
I eat around five meals every day, sometimes I eat a bit more but it is usually veggies or fruit. I didn't cut my carbs I just traded them for whole grain and I just cut down my portions but I don't feel hungry so it is great! I even had sushi today, yum yum love it and it keeps me full :D
 
yeah with my tattoos and etc im always asked if I'm a biker.

the funny thing is I am a biker girl, well not a harley- but I've always had a little rebel instead of a car :D guess it goes with the tattoos haha
 
I love Yoga and Pilates ive just got a power crunch dvd that combines both i did the full work out the other day and WOW i was sore!!!! I love cookin!! and baking i love baking move because the end result is very yummy. Where do you get the whole grain cookies from??
 
haha, yeah my "harley" now is just a big truck, but i have road rage so maybe its safer i drive with 4 wheels instead of 2

baking is so much fun but I always cheat :p and have to taste it during..
I buy cookies of a brand called ''granvita'' here in mexico. they are whole grain with pure cocoa and the sugar substitute is splenda so they taste great!

lol! oh it takes a couple of hours to make..
and a couple of seconds to be gone! I know XD mmhh I have a sweet tooth keeping it under control is the toughest part. I can get rid of most junk food but not cookies chocolate and candy oooh my.
 
Yeah im the same but i find sugar free jelly and muller light yogs with fruit tend to the trick for me. I miss chips so much tho :( (we call fries chips and they are chunky and wholesomey) I treat myself to oven ones every now and again but they are not the same. There is soo many nice healthy food though that i can keep away from fatty greasy chips lol

ohh I know them! I went to england once and all I ate was fish and chips! haha so yummy
it is good that you still get them once in a while. taking them entirely off your diet will just make you think about them even more. don't think of any food as ''prohibited'' that is how we fall off the wagon. everything in small amounts and once a week won't have an impact on your weight- it is the excess that harms us boy I know that!
I Love healthy foods so I just have to stay away from the excess sugars. I have a family with a diabetic history so it is a matter of health in the end!

its more like a bunch of cursing in a small space haha, not dangerous, just rough on the ears

I am the worst road curser. I absolutely suck, I would say things like ''YES PLEASE, try to run me over!'' in a sarcastic tone. or '' GO AHEAD we are getting to the same stop sign anyway'' but at least I make some people laugh in the way
 

today wasn't as tough as I expected.

usually weekends are tough because I have a lot of free time and free time means opportunity to eat a lot of crap!

but I didn't hurray! didn't miss it either.



I had eggs with zucchini for breakfast and a pear.
it was like 11 am so I didn't snack and ate around 4 pm- wasn't hungry before that-
I had a chicken breast with more zucchini (cleaning the fridge haha)
and a small bowl of tlalpeño soup, which has chicken, rice, avocado and chipotle.

then I had a snack of cereal- kellog´s smart start whole grain cereal I love it. I know I can't abuse it because it still has sugar but I just had a little bunch.

aand because I was lazy I had a small bowl of the same cereal for dinner like 3 hours ago and I am still not hungry.

also I watched like a whole season of the shield without eating chips, popcorn or candy, go me!


there was a time I would eat a lot of sweets during the day, I still can't believe I wasn't heavier considering all the junk I ate and the little to none exercise I did! but thankfully, no more.

the sugar in the cereal kept the cravings away and I am still getting my veggies, fruits, protein and carbohydrates during the day. don't believe I have the healthiest diet in the world but I feel great I am not starving and I have a lot of energy.

tomorrow school starts again. I am actually looking forward to it as keeping myself busy helps even more in the process of not binging or eating out of boredom! and burning calories in the way.
boy does keeping yourself active has a lot to do with a healthy life style!

and the second one .. of me when I was a kid. I know I know, I changed a lot especially my skin color, I used to live on the beach and tan a lot as little girl hah! well I've sure changed a lot.

I think besides struggling with my weight being pear shaped isn't that bad. for many big hips, thighs and butt is sexy, I just need to find the suckers that actually do!

doesn't matter how much you change, or who you are
loving every bit of yourself is crucial.
