Hey Angel,
thanks so much!! So far its working really well for me but its only my 2nd day..lol

So today was my 2nd day on WW. I woke up this morning feeling so bad, i didnt want to go to school, but I went anyways... I stoped by McDonalds and had a bacon bis. and then a pop tart for my snack... I didnt get to workout, but I did clean the house. I cant wait until tomorrow night, me and some girls are going out dancing, so i will deff. get my workout in!!!
 
Here is what i have had for today...

Breakfast:
Bacon Bis. (7 pts)

Snack:
Pop tart (8 pts)

Lunch:
SO pot roast (3 pts)
5 fries (2 pts)

Dinner:
Chicken (3 pts)
corn (2 pts)
Mashpat. (3 pts)

Total:
28 pts.

I did have 2 doughnuts total pts 6...

The points are based on your weight, daily activity, age & gender.
I get 28 pts daily.

How you figure your pts are there is a slider called the the "point Finder"
you look at the fiber, calories & fat... you just slide it to how much all that is and the last column it tells the pts value. then look at the serving size and thats how many pts in a serving. does that make any sense? lol

It is so easy, and you get use to the points and can figure it out easy! Also you get 35 allowance pts a week on top of your daily pts, you dont have to use them , but you can. if you follow it, you WILL lose!! i will weight in on Sunday which will be 5 day. and then every friday starting from there. I will let you know.
 
Hello..... my day has been pretty well so far!!
I had to take me daughter to the doc. to get her shots 4 of them...my poor baby, shes sleeping now! Its raining here :(
Me and my homegirl are going dancing tonight!! i cant wait, its been a while since i have been out!! so that will be my excerise!! Here is what i have eaten for today...

doughnut (5 pts)

Lunch:
SO chicken/pasta (5 pts)

Ohhhhhhh dancing is a great way to burn off cals.....haha as long as you don't couple it with five drinks :)

Hey girl!

I bought the chocolate and oats Fiber One bars, and they are good too! I love all 3 flavors! I bought the cereals to try as well!
 
OMG what a night i had!!! We had so much fun, I danced all night for about 3 1/2 hours, i woke up this morning with a headache and my legs hurting:ack2:... I only had 1 beer :) I'm going to weigh-in tomorrow!! I hope its a loss, we shall see!!!!!

I cant wait until the morning since its my weigh-in, I'm hoping its a LOST and not another maintain or gain...

Ribeye steak (14 pts?)

I had a great day!! I know that my dinner is alot of points, but I still have extra for the week!! I didnt excerise today since I was in so much pain from last nights girls night out!! I hope everyone has had a great weekend so far!!
 
Well I weighed in..i LOST 2lbs!!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!! Finally, looks like I can do Weight Watchers from home!! So happy cant wait until next Fridays weigh-in...

Well this day is going by so slow... not that I want to rush it..lol.. I have dont good all day with my eating!! I have been studying for my test i have 2 test MOnday & Tuesday and then on Wednesday & Thursday are EXAMS:willy_nilly: So its going to be a STRESSFUL week..not going to eat because of it!! I WILL STAY ON TRACK!!! so I have 6 more lbs to lose this month to reach my goal!! GL everyone :)

My foods so far...

2 slices of wheat bread w/butter (2 pts)
apples w/caramel (1 pt)

Snack:
push pop (2 pts)

Lunch:
Chicken fett. (6 pts)

Snack:
apples w/caramel (1 pt)

Dinner:
BBQ chicken (13 pts)
Mac & cheese (4 pts)
squash (1 pt)
garlic bread (6 pts)

Snack:
SO ice cream (3 pts)
push up (2 pts)

Total:
41
over 13 pts........


ok wow I went over more than planned... tomorrow I will NOT go over...starting a new week!!
