A good day, I ate well and got some exercise, though it was limited to yardwork exercise. Needed to get things done today, supposed to rain tomorrow. Ate a "breakfast bowl" thing for breakfast, egg, bacon, cheese and potatoes. At 400 calories the biggest breakfast I have had in a very long time, but calories worked out for the day. Home grown greens in my salads again.

Absolutely, and the pride of growing it combines to make a good eat!Fresh veg is so much better than grocery store produce. That week (or more) of storage, combined with not being able to pick at perfect ripeness makes a huge difference.
I think so, for a while anyway.1700 is a good number
