If you´d had one more calorie you could´ve gone negative for the (alleged) fall of Troy. But maybe this is a sign you should be upping your calories? Go a century into the future every time you run out of interesting numbers until you reach healthy maintenance calories
About the bike: does it have set programs? Just pedaling away is nowhere near as interesting for your heart and legs as adding some intervals with more resistance, more speed, or both. Kind of like you did on the hill. I like to start with a couple of minutes at a comfortable resistance/speed, then up the resistance for a couple of minutes while keeping speed stable, then drop the resistance but up the speed for a while before returning to a couple of minutes of easy pedaling. But of course you add/remove/change that as much as you like. If your heart is healthy you don´t really have to bother with checking your heart rate too much unless you have a specific goal you want to reach or are afraid you´re not pushing yourself enough.
