Hey Alee, I think a stretching but achievable and sensible target would be around 65pounds by Christmas. That is right around 2lb a week. SO a weight of 160ish by Christmas how does that sound? I think it is enough for it to be a real dream and aspiration and enough to see a massive change, but not crazy.
Snacking is still soemthing that i am working on, and on days like today when the stress is immense not doing too well with, but i have found both sunflower seeds and peas still in their pods great snacking foods, as it takes effort to get to them, rather than just being able to pour a handful into your mouth and eat mindlessly, so not only are they good snacks but you eat less of them because you soon realise you arent really hungry at all and give up.
Another thing i try to do is when i feel the need for a snack to either have a big glass of water or go on a walk, do some exercise, and normally i realise I didnt need to snack at all.
