Welcome back Julie :) I´m having to start over a lot as well, but as long as we keep trying and keep finding new motivation we will reach our goals.
 
Thank you ladies :) :) It's nice to be back. Hope you are all doing well.

Today ate pasta with sauce, cheeze, and a little asparagus.

Drank a bunch of apple juice.

Didn't exercise but I felt slightly hungry before I ate which I haven't in a while ha.

I think I'm going to try not weighing myself this time around. I think I get too hung up on it.

 
Hi,

Today food wise went okay, had:

Pasta with sauce and daiya
Rice beans and avocado
Drank some lemonade and diet coke

No desire to keep eating. I disn't exercise though gotta start tomorrow.

I think I need to get a haircut but I'm not sure what. Hmm gotta look at some more pictures. I might dye it a little darker also. I have been putting it off first because I wanted to lose weight first but I think it's looked like sh*t long enough haha.
 
Getting a good haircut makes me feel better about myself, which in turn makes me want to take better care OF myself.
 
:I agree: I find looking after myself properly is easier if I am feeling good about myself. Getting a haircut always makes me feel like a million dollars :)
 
Yeah, that is so true - it does make you feel better about yourself.

Part of me does feel that I don't deserve it though but I am going to do it. I have been feeling very unattractive lately so hopefully this helps.

Yesterday I ate 3 tofurkey sandwiches and 1 tofu scramble sandwhich and drank some lemonade. Not the best but I think my calories were fine. Gotta eat some vegetables today.
 
I don't think I ate too much today, and I walked about 3 miles so overall an okay day.

Breakfast:
tofu scramble on a roll
Asparagus
Vegan meatball with lettuce

Lunch:
Tofurkey sandwich

Dinner:
Pasta with beans and vegan cheese

Drank a couple cups of lemonade
 
Yesterday :

1.5 large rolls with earth balance and tofu scramble
Pasta with beans and daiya and some lettuce
Lemonade
Walked a mile

Today I'm going to eating out so hopefully all goes well

Thanks Cate.Today went okay not stellar but I didn't finish the pizza I had for dinner so overall I feel good about today.

I've been thinking about not weighing in this time around. I haven't tried that before maybe it will help? I'm thinking about going 100 days and weighing in on March 20th which also happens to be the first day of spring.
 
Past two days have been fine-ish food wise. I'm not overeating but I could be eating healthier. I need to start going to the gym this week again. Overall feeling okay.

I did go clothes shopping this weekend because I needed some stuff, it was a horrible idea and very demotivating. won't be doing that again any time soon.
