Hi,
Today was okay food wise, and I've only been having good days so far thankfully. It really takes a lot of mental energy to stave off stress/bored eating. Hoping it gets easier!
Breakfast:
Vegan beef burger and vegan cheese on a half roll
Lunch:
Pasta, beans, cheeze
Half roll
Lemonade
Dinner:
Pasta, beans, cheeze, cauliflower
Half roll with earth balance
Walked a couple miles
I can't believe it's almost 2017!
I try not to think about it but honestly I am so scared of the coming Trump regime.
