Exercise today: Step and Sculpt - 1 hour. 15 min. on treadmill
Food:
B: Kashi and coffee 6.5 pts.
L: Turkey soup; pretzals 6 pts.

Tonight, I am going to have clam chowder (if I ever get around to making it!) This afternoon, I'll have an apple if I get hungry or maybe a power bar.

Hi all! Not much time. Today is the day I'm being interviewed on tv. I'm so nervous! I must say, I look pretty good in my blue suit! So thankful for 27 fewer lbs. on my bod!!!
I did 1 hour of Kickboxing today. No great Pierre stories like last week. He did scream at a pregnant woman for not touching her toes. Whatever!!
Food:
B: Kashi and coffee - 6.5 pts.
L: ham sandwich, quakes, minutemaid - 5.5 pts.

For dinner I'll have clam chowder. I'll take an apple or a power bar for after my interview. I'll let you all know how it goes!!!
 
Hey! Good luck on your tv interview! Yea, Keep us informed on how it went! I'm sure you will do fine! If I was pregnet and he was yelling at me I'd probably told him off! lol..
 
OK - I thought I was nervous preparing for the actual TV interview, it seems like I'm 50 times more nervous for viewing the actual show!!! Ugh! My husband took pictures of me in my fancy suit. I'll try to post one. Anyone know how to do so? I thought was going to need a chisel to get the make-up off last night. I don't think I'd ever had a professional do my make-up before.

Anyhow, I did really well for food yesterday! Nerves, I guess coupled with no time to eat. I may actually weigh myself at the gym today.

I'm doing 1 hour of Cycle/Spin. If I get my act together, I'll spend some quality time with the treadmill before class.

Hi all!
My silly husband put the photo on a disk. I don't know why. I'll figure it out in a bit.
I did pretty well this weekend considering how incredibly busy we were. ugh! Maybe BECAUSE we were so busy? I don't know.
No exercise since Thursday, but I plan on doing something today whether I make it to Kickboxing or do a video. Maybe I'll give my dog a thrill and take her for a nice, long walk. We'll see.
Food yesterday:
B: Kashi and coffee - 6.5 pts.
L: Korean BBQ. I hae no idea of the pts. It was nice and healthy, though, and I shared w/ my daughter.
Sn: Small scone; strawberries - 1 pts.
D: Clam chowder; quakes; diet root beer - 5 pts.

I am pretty sure I stayed under depeneding on the Korean BBQ.

I'm looking forward to a good week. I've mapped out themonth of May and it looks like I will have relatively few osstructions to my work-out routine. I'm going to just challenge myself for this month and try to get in the low 150's. I hope, I hope! I don't want to be too specific because I'm sick of being disappointed. Maybe I'll surprise myself and make it to 149 or 150.

So .... here are my goals:

1. Exercise 5 times a week.
2. Stay within points every day.
3. Make sure those points are healthy ones.
4. Weigh in ONCE a week. Haven't decided what day it will be.
5. Eat dinner earlier and stop eating at 8:00 (no more late night bowls of cereal cuz I'm starving!)

I'm sure there's more I could do, but that's a start. Tomorrow's a new day and a new month. We'll see what I can pull off in that month. July will also be a good month. I'm committed to a twice a week group personal training session with my favorite teacher (the one who does Cycle/spin). She meets w/ the group every Mon. and Wed. Weigh in, checks food diaries, and works the HELL out of everyone. Circuit training, I think it is called. I'm really looking forward to it! I can't do it during the school year because I work on Mondays. But it'll be summer so no excuses.

Sounds like you are doing great. Have you seen yourself on TV yet? I bet you looked great in your blue suit. That's too funny that Pierre gave a pregnant woman a hard time for not being able to touch her toes, the poor thing. I have a hard time getting to my toes to over my jelly belly, but it's shrinking and I'm getting closer. lol Hope you have a great week. You'll get to the low 150s! You can do it!!
 
Hi all!
It was a crazy day yesterday and I didn't make it on. I did well, though, food-wise other than a too large sushi lunch. I realize that I should've skipped most of the rice and just eaten the fish off the top. I felt absolutely ill all afternoon!
Today I'm off to Step/Sculpt and hopefully 45 min. on the treadmill.
Ms. JB - yep! I was on tv last Thursday. It was very fun! It turned out ok, except that you could tell I was nervous.
OK - more later!

OK - I'm sticking at 156! Yay! I was going to bump up my signature, but then back down I went. Yippee!
I did have a moment of weakness yesterday wehn I had frozen yogurt w/ almonds. It was so good!!! REgretful, but good.
Today I did an hour of Spin/Cycle w/ abs.
B: Kashi and coffee - 6.5 pts.
L: Chicken (3 oz), quakes, minutemade, Strawberries: 5.5

For dinner, I made some more of that great chili! I did so well during the time that I had that on hand that I figured I'd better do it again before it gets too unbelievably hot here.

Good job on getting back to 156! You are doing great with the WW and everything. I think I am going to have to get used to the idea that I need to set my ticker back a few pounds, but I am so hoping it will go back down soon. Anyway, great job with the exercise and the food! :D
