A new start for MommyOf2!!

Exercise today: 1 hour of kickboxing. I'm exhausted! we did the first 15 min. w/ weights in our hands. Then we did abs. w/ big weights locked between our feet. It was so hard.

B: usual
L: a few turkey meatballs; 10 quakes; diet root beer
Sn: Apple
Sn: 6 oz. milk
Dinner: Not sure yet.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog!! :( Please keep us posted. I really hope she is ok! My miniature dauschund got sick similar to that last year, I brought him to work for two days in a row, to keep him near by to syringe feed him water. Oy! I'll be thinking of you guys!!

(p.s. your food and exercise look great today!) ;)

Awww. Poor baby. Hope your dog is feeling better. It seems like you are just having really bad luck. First the kids, now the dog. Hope everything gets better soon, and everyone gets and stays well!

Well, we still know nothing abt. our dog! She is very lethargic. The vet couldn't find anything wrong w/ her, but thought that she might have had a siezure.

Funny story, though. She got STUCK in our car when we drove to the vet's and it took three men and removing one of our back seats in order to get her out of the car!!!! It was embarrassing and my poor dog - as if she wasn't going through enough without that.

The rest of my food for today...
A chicken salad for dinner (very healthy!)
Unfortunately, I had TWO bowls of Cheerios w/ skim milk after bringing my daughter home from ballet. bad bad bad. I don't think it is the end of the world, though, considering the workout I had and how good my food was for the rest of the day.

Good morning. I'm sorry to hear about the doggy. I will say my parents older dog, when she had gotten older also began having random seizures. They were not frequent, and the vet didn't really ever find out why. I hope your doggy is feeling better soon!

Don't fret over the cheerios. If you were tha thungry, you probably needed a little extra something. Besides, its not like you sat down with two bowls of ice cream, so it could of been much worse!! ;)

Mornin' MO2. How goes the doggie???? Poor critter :( I know our animals are like family and we hate it when they don't feel well. Kickin' butt with exercise and food! great job! keep it up and have a good friday :) Keep us posted on poochie :(

Good morning. Happy Friday to you! I hope your sweet dog is improving today! Good luck...and keep up the great work! Enjoy the weekend!

Im sad for you about your dog as well. I have two, and one is an old grumpy thing that thinks he's going to catch the flying birds outside. Hes definitely our athlete in the family. But he sure gets grumpy if we try to get him to move, and he just wants to sleep.

So far he's never been ill, but it's going to be rough on all of us when that day comes that we lose him. He has been with us a lot of years.

I think your food sounds fine. Hey we kind of know when we blow it, and when we did ok. Hope your weekend turns for the better!

Hi all! Our pooch, Lacey, is still ill. Vet thinks she has a kidney infection and put her on antibiotics. Weird thing is she doesn't have a fever. No appetite (which is soooo unusual for this big, fat dog!) Our other dog looks anorexic and this one looks the opposite - we have to purchase low fat and high fat food. Crazy, huh??

Thanks for asking! I hope she improves over the weekend.

Food for Thursday ....

B: Kashi cereal and coffee
L: Chicken salad w/ oranges, almonds, green onions, clear dressing; 6 oz. skim milk.
D: Hawaiian BBQ: Beef, chicken, pork w/ 1/2 cup white rice; diet root beer

I think I did pretty well!

Today's food ...

B: Kashi Cereal and coffee (w/ skim milk and creamer)
Sn: 1/2 apple
L: I think Quizno's Chicken Milano and iced tea (w/ artificial sweetener)
D: Not sure yet. Probably leftover Hawaiian BBQ

No exercise today or yesterday. Yesterday I was just too sore. Today, I work, so no exercise on those days.

Hi. Well I am glad the vet got your poor doggy on some medication! Keep us posted on her status this weekend. Here is to hoping after 24hrs of her meds she improves greatly! :) Have a wonderful weekend!

Hey Mommyof2! Wow, if it's not one thing, its another! No rest for you, ever!! Does your dog go outside often? Could it have been bitten by something? I don't know, it's interesting that there is no fever. That's so sad that your vet can't tell you what is going on.

I hope your pet feels better soon. What is your doggy's name? Just when you thought everyone was feeling better, another family member down! Hope you have a good weekend!

Mornin' MO2! Hope poochie improves for you this weekend... Hope you can take time to ENJOY your weekend :D Keep up the great work :)

Hi all! Weekend update here.
Lacey (the dog) is still very sick. The antibiotics don't seem to be working. The vet is going to xray her on Mon. She was sitting on our lawn, the sprinklers turned on, and she didn't move. It was so sad! We ran out there and she was soaked. Awful! We're so worried.
Thanks for the kind words!

OK so food for yesterday...

B: Kashi, coffee, skim milk (in both), creamer
Sn: 1/2 apple
L: Iced tea, rice, vegies, chicken
Sn: 2 bowls of fruit; 4 potato chips (bad!); 2 crackers w/ some sort of spread
D: 2 bowls Cheerios

No exercise, but plenty of H2O.

Hey MO2! That is sad that Lacy couldn't get up and got all wet in the sprinklers. Awwe. I hope she feels better soon.

I was looking at your meals for yesterday. What's Kashi? I've never heard of that. Looks like you are doing great. Keep up the good work!
