Thanks Veronique. I never thought I could run that far and for that long. Have you tried the couch to 5k program. You slowly build strength to run 5k or 30 mins in nine weeks. Im on the sixth week and it is really really geat. You can also get podcasts for them. I love it, coz it makes me feel focused, and the guy who made the podcast kinda is running with you, so you don't really feel all alone.
Just left you a small note in your journal. You did SOOOO well with food this weekend. I wish I could be like you. I feel like I just let go over the weekends...
Thanks...I mostly stick to good food cause I don't want my kids to eat junk and they eat what I eat...well most of the time (no big on salad those two lol)
I am thinking of looking into that program cause I have never been a runner and don't really know a lot about running I will look it up!!
