Hi everyone,
Feeling much much better today. Food was OK.
B: Homemade crepe, banana, watermelon and a mango
S: two pieces of toast (rye bread) with PB
S2: small piece of chocolate
L: Thai calamari and shrimp currey with rice noodles
S: Banana bread
S2: banana bread
S3 (before the fun): 1/2 banana with a small piece of crackers 1/3 mango
D: chapati with okra currey and some potatoes
NO Dessert tonight after all the sugar today. Need to up my veggies tomorrow.
Feeling really good. TOM is over in a couple of days. I am thinking maybe I'll go for a weigh-in on Friday. Although mine's not really for anther two weeks. Hmmm....Really wanna cheat and see if i have made any progress in the last two weeks. Lets see...
