Hehe! Sorry about that. I forget I'm not on a bridal forum sometimes! ;) I'm going to start referring to FH as Sid, since that is his name!! lol. Ahh yes.. the love o' my life. ;)

Water: 52oz (oy.. the bathroom is my second office today!)
Exercise: :( 10 minutes on ellipitical, 10 minutes on bike. 20 minutes lower body weights.
Breakfast: frozen fruit n' yogurt parfait from McD's & 1/4 cup cereal 190 calories (REALLY frozen!)
Lunch:pork chop 289 calories & pudding cup 100 calories 389 Calories
Subtotal: 669 Calories
Exercise:lugging 10, 50lb boxes from the storage unit into my car, and from my car up a flight of stairs into our office. :cool: 30 minutes
Snack:Special K Bar, 90 calories
Exercise:45 minutes walking, including a steep hill.
Dinner:lazy butt me ordered a dinner to be delivered again, roasted veggies in risotto 1/2 serving (shared with FH) and 1/2 of meatloaf slab, approx. 700 calories(?) Not sure!!
Dessert: potential slice of cheese cake.. they failed to bring ours on V-Day, so she made up for it today. She felt so bad! oh well.. just a mistake!
Subtotal:1369 calories so far (not including dessert)

Ok, so I have been fighting a wee bit of a scratchy throat yesterday and definitely woke up with it this morning and a stuffy nose.:eek: So I was feeling totally whipped on the cardo machines today. I thought after bailing out after 10 minutes on the ellipitical (Sorry Kate!! :( ) I would do better putting in maybe 20-30 minutes on the bike. Only made it through 10. I just feel so exhausted! Plus being TOM, PMS what not.. I know it makes it all that much harder. The good news is.. getting my water in for sure today. I can walk after work as I have to wait for Sid to finish up a volunteer project. So I will get some more exercise in. Then I want to head home and sleep! ;)

Another bonus.. see that ticker change?! :) I weighed in today for my "gym weigh-in" (I'm charting it in on my trianing log.. no idea why I started Thursdays!)and I am down half a pound this morning. So I am really excited being TOM and who knows what it will show up as come Monday for my first week weigh in of my team challenge!! :) Back to..crunching on my frozen fruit in my parfait. ;)

don't worry too much about your gym cardio today as you've been kicking some total butt this week with cardio (and the weights will help for sure!)

Hehe thank you girl!!! :) You know what..as for not thinking straight, I call it "Wedding Brain" lol.. I posted a ton of mail yesterday at work, for $0.37 instead of the $0.39 postage.. oy!! So I got to use up a lot of those one cent stamps we bought last month.. hahaha.. oh brother!!
 
Congrats on the weight loss!! I'm so sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've been ignoring a scratchy throat too, I'm hoping if I ignore it long enough it will go away. I know it's high in calories but get yourself some gatorade or juice.
 
I hope you aren't getting sick, or that its not that bad if you do get sick :( Maybe pop some vitamin C supplements? I usually take one a day, so I would imagine two a day will be a good combatant againt a cold (if it is a cold... I don't know if C works against bacterial sicknesses like the flu)

Bailey, Thanks! I do need to get back and take my supplements again. I forget SO much. I hardly can remember my prescription medication, you think I'd take them all at once.. GRR! :D

MJ: ok.. don't martini's have calories?? hehe!!

M02 So far I'm down 9.5lbs total... 3lbs for our challenge. :D I'm so happy.
 
Hey girl congrats on the weight loss! I better watch out cuz you're right on my tail! Now. as your friend, I wouldn't care if you caught up to me but cosidering we're on different teams in the challenge right now, I just can't let that happen! ;)

Um, NewLeaf, wasn't it you who told me that broken cookies have no calories? Maybe if you spill the martini onto a plate and slurp it up with a straw it'll be calorie free too?! :p :D

I agree with Cassie. If a broken cookie has no calories, then it would only be logical that the spilled martini wouldn't either. Lol! Just make sure it spills on a plate or better yet, in a bowl! :D

:eek: What a bright idea!!! :) I SO gotta try that. hahahaha. :) and knowing my inability to suck it up with a straw I'd get so little of the martini its not going to be worth actually counting those calories!! :D Gotta love the way you think Cassie! lol

that is too funny. martini;s in a bowl/plate with a straw! you could save some calories that way for sure! yikes! what we think of ;)!!
