Exercise:lugging 10, 50lb boxes from the storage unit into my car, and from my car up a flight of stairs into our office.

Exercise:45 minutes walking, including a steep hill.
Dinner:lazy butt me ordered a dinner to be delivered again, roasted veggies in risotto 1/2 serving (shared with FH) and 1/2 of meatloaf slab, approx.
700 calories(?) Not sure!!
Dessert: potential slice of cheese cake.. they failed to bring ours on V-Day, so she made up for it today. She felt so bad! oh well.. just a mistake!

Ok, so I have been fighting a wee bit of a scratchy throat yesterday and definitely woke up with it this morning and a stuffy nose.

So I was feeling totally whipped on the cardo machines today. I thought after bailing out after 10 minutes on the ellipitical (Sorry Kate!!

) I would do better putting in maybe 20-30 minutes on the bike. Only made it through 10. I just feel so exhausted! Plus being TOM, PMS what not.. I know it makes it all that much harder. The good news is.. getting my water in for sure today. I can walk after work as I have to wait for Sid to finish up a volunteer project. So I will get some more exercise in. Then I want to head home and sleep!

I weighed in today for my "gym weigh-in" (I'm charting it in on my trianing log.. no idea why I started Thursdays!)and I am down half a pound this morning. So I am really excited being TOM and who knows what it will show up as come Monday for my first week weigh in of my team challenge!!
