So yesterday was a wee bit of a loss. I guess I"ll count that as my cheat day.
Exercise: 45 minutes on hill intervals w/ level 9 at 4.2 speed on treadmill
Water:112oz so far! (kickin arse on my water today!)
Breakfastwhole wheat bagel w/ light cream cheese
300 calories
Lunch:1.5 cups of corn and peas
150 caloriesapprox.
Snack: low fat pudding
100 calories
Snack: 3/4ths of a parfait yogurt from McD's, no granola,
100 calories
Exercise:30 minutes trail walking!
Dinner:pork chops in herb seasoning
289 calories
Exercise:15 minutes upper body weights
Dessert:low-fat pudding
240 Calories
Total:1179 calories
Thoughts for the day:
Well, hope this isn't TMI(too much info) but my cycle is driving me freaking nuts! Its sort of that TOM again. Or so it seems. Which.. oy! Is not regular, and running closer and closer together. I can't seem to figure if its my diet changes or exercise. You think it'dbe less length, not MORE! Anyhow..guess this was more of my vent for the day.
On a more
positive note, I'm really proud of my 45 minutes on the treadmill today and 40 minutes on the bike yesterday. I trly wanted to do a full 60 minute cardio, however I got to the gym too late yesterday and also today. I am debating bringing work clothes to the gym to shower there and head out. But that won't work carpooling with the future-hubby. So we'll see! I am heading back to the gym tonight to do my upper body weights. Skipped them yesterday. And as to keep on track I am going to try and hold down the calories today under 1200 again because I really want to lose this weight and be a good addition to my team!

Besides, I've got to beat Paula!!!
