A goal without a plan is just a wish...

I wouldn't be able to hold out that long without checking too!! 2.2 pounds is awesome and after brekki!! I love it that it's working for you - I really think I can keep this program up for life - even if I'm not writing it down everyday I can easily figure out how many points I've had in my head.
Congrats on getting the summer job! I would love to be able to work outside and be active while getting paid! OH and I'm so excited your all done school today!! Congrats! I'm sure you'll do great on your papers and exams! Now more time to concentrate on training and working out! Looks like you did a good job staying away from the parties this weekend - you must have one lined up for this week though to celebrate being all done! You deserve it!
It's getting done to crunch time with less than 3 months left and I have lots of work to do still - I think it will help me stay focused and away from the evening snacks! I'm ready for a couple kick ass weeks!! Let's do it!!
 
I will definitely be celebrating this weekend... schools out AND it's my birthday this week! But then it's time to chill out for a while! I want to get in great shape for this summer and that means I gotta take it easy on the drinking! LOL but we are SO gonna kick some booty now!!!

No workout yet today... gotta take 2 exams and give a presentation and then I'm DONE!!! I'll probably hit the gym up later!!!

Congrats on finishing School Sarah!!! Woohoooo!!!! It's always such a huge weight lifted off your shoulders when that happens! I'm right there with ya woman! I got the papers in the mail yesterday that I'm graduating on the 25th of the month with a 3.7 GPA ...WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?! hahaha...

Yeaaaaa!!! Way to party! I will definitely be celebrating this too!! ..Shit, I seem to find a reason to celebrate everything! Which needs to CUT BACK! hahah...I'm down 2 lbs like you this week! SO cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers to you!!!!! :)

Once upon a time, I did go to the weight watchers,..I bought this little book and stuff..and can't remember for the life of me where the hell I put it all. Hmmm ;/

Bad news. Yesterday was HORRIBLE. After that cupcake, I craved junk food ALL DAY. And I ate junk food ALL DAY. I literally ate whatever I could find in the house that was of no nutritional value. It was bad. More than bad. Terrible. Disgusting. Pathetic. And I don't know why I just wouldn't stop. I decided to drink beer too. I had 2 of them and I was watching the Biggest Loser... feeling fat and gross about myself... then I was like, OK - enough. Time for the gym. So I got my stuff together and went. I ran on the treadmill @ 6.5 mph for 3.1 miles and walked to cool down until I hit 3.3 miles. I did abs and stretched after that. I felt good. But THEN, my friend decided to have people over. So I went. I only had 2 beers. And then the junk food craving kicked in AGAIN. And I ordered pizza! WHAT THE HECK SARAH?!! YOU WERE NOT HUNGRY. YOU DIDN'T NEED THAT!!!

*Takes a deep breath*

Anyways... I woke up this morning and was glad to know that THAT was over... I started my day with a Fiber One lowfat chocolate milk shake (2pts) and a banana (2pts) for breakfast. I just had an orange for a snack (1pt). I've been cleaning and packing and moving things out of my room for the past hour or two so I've been keeping myself busy and getting a little workout from moving everything from my room to my car :) My right ankle is hurting... so I'm not sure if I will be able to run today. I might just do the 30 Day Shred when I get home.

I'm getting my hair colored again tonight (the red has faded so fast) annnnnd I'm going to keep up with tracking my points today and pretend that yesterday NEVER happened. Tomorrow is my 20th birthday!!! YAY! So I'm going to be P-O-S-I-T-I-V-E and keep moving forward.

Come on you were just celebrating being done and now that's over so you can move on!! I don't know how I lost weight this week! This weekend I ate (and I'm going to post it in your journal because I feel too guilty writing it in my own) deep fried pickles, butter tarts, a burger, a sausage, pizza, poutine, chips & dip, taco's & dip, fries & ketchup and a million drinks and shots!! So anything is possible in mind if you work hard for it!! Damage control can be done today and then tomorrow celebrate your birthday and then damage control again Friday and then if the rest of the days are good you will still lose!!
That sucks about your ankle - take it easy because you don't want to hurt it further! I know today is going to be hard to get all that sugar out of your system but once you get one good day down it gets easier! I wanted McDonalds so bad Monday but my sister sent me an email saying "hold strong and tomorrow will be easier" and when I drove past I kept saying that in my head and didn't stop and then at home I had to do the same thing and once I got through Monday, Tuesday was so much easier and I didn't have any bad cravings! You can do it! Stay strong!! Have a great day!!

Today was pretty good. I ate much better, that's for sure. I might have gone over my points a little because I had spaghetti with meat sauce for dinner... but the good news is I actually measured out my noodles instead of piling them up in a big bowl!

I went shopping today and bought 2 dresses (they were only $7.95 each!) and a cute flowery tank top and a black jean jacket blazer! I have to take the blazer back because it is a little big in the sleeves... I hope they have my size because I just LOVE it and it is soo flattering to my shape! I am going to do some more shopping tomorrow... my grandma got me a gift card for Kohls so I hope to find something dressy there that I can wear out tomorrow night for my birthday! WOO HOO!!

I did not get a work out in today... just not in the mood. I'm also SUPER tired from all the packing/moving and of course shopping! I'm already laying in bed :) lol but I will make sure to get a super duper kick ass workout in tomorrow so I can look and feel fabulous for my special day!!!

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! It was great, but I'm glad the weekend is over and I'm super ready to tackle these next few weeks and work HARD! Here is a recap:

Thursday - My birthday! I did not work out. But I did get some exercise with all the shopping I did! I shopped for 5 HOURS! I bought myself 2 pairs of shoes, skinny jeans, black shorts, a tank top, 3 dresses, and a shirt. I also got 2 free pairs of undies from VS! My friend gave me a bunch of $2 gift cards for Panera Bread Company, so in the midst of my shopping I got myself a free lunch there - a tomato and mozzarella panini! YUM! Not very healthy, but SO delicious! Later that night I went with my parents and neighbor up to a small bar for some drinks and dinner. I had 3 beers and ate some pizza. On our way home we stopped at a gas station and my neighbor bought me a box of chocolates and I ate the whole thing! Went to bed with quite a tummy ache.

Friday - Went for a 3.5 mile run outside in the morning. Headed out to my house at school to move out. There was a lot of cleaning and moving that had to be done, but we got it all cleared out and ready to go in just about 2 hours. It was funny... my mom said that it was nice to see me actually being able to lift things and help moving because when we moved in last summer, I was such a wimp and was really not much of a help! I passed on McDonalds when my parents decided to make a stop on the way home for lunch, and I even passed up an invite from my best friend to take me out for dinner for my birthday. I was proud I avoided eating out twice that day, but I went to my ex-boyfriend's house (he was having a party) and drank a good amount of beer there. We made an angel food cake at 1 in the morning LOL and I ate some of that... along with chips... I had the munchies so bad!

Saturday - Went out to breakfast with my ex... I got a vegetarian omelet (cheese, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms) and it came with 2 pieces of toast and hashbrowns. I only ate 1 piece of toast and half of the omelet and half of the hashbrowns. I literally used to clean the plate when we went out and ate breakfast so it felt good to know when to stop eating because I was already full! I worked out in the afternoon, 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill with some kettle bell workouts and abs. Then it was time to get ready to party for my birthday! Got all dressed up and went downtown. First to my friends house to pre-game, then we went out to the bars. My friends bought for me all night - beer, shots, even just for playing darts! It was so much fun! When it was bar close, we went to a pizza place that sells pizza by the slice - HUGE slices... like, probably the equivalent to 3 slices of a normal frozen pizza. And they had all sorts of flavors. Since I was WASTED and couldn't decide what to get, I ended up getting 2 SLICES! One was buffalo chicken pizza and the other was macaroni and cheese. I ATE BOTH SLICES LOL and then I fell asleep RIGHT away!

Sunday - Woke up after only sleeping for 4 hours, came back home and went to bed for another 4 hours. No work out (too hungover) and I didn't eat healthy today. I guess my reasoning for that was because I was giving myself one last day to not "care" before I crack down hard this week. And I am cracking down. I only work 3 days this week, so I will have a LOT of time on my hands now that I'm done with school!

I already wrote out my food for tomorrow. Here is my list:

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal w/half cup of almond milk (2PTS), orange (1PT)
Snack - 11 almonds (2PTS)
Lunch - Salad w/ one tbsp ranch dressing (2PTS), turkey, mayo, and onion sandwich (4PTS)
Snack - Apple (1PT)
Dinner - Smart Ones frozen dinner (5PTS)
Dessert - Sugar free Jell-O mousse pudding cup (1PT)
= 18 PTS

I also plan to go for a long run tomorrow. I will probably do my run around the lake again for 8.75 miles. The half marathon will be here before I know it... I gotta get some good runs in before it's time!

Here we go... this week is going to be a great one. I am going to be very strict with my Weight Watchers points and exercise of course. I have lots of time and the weather is going to be really nice all week! Summer is here :)

I'm with you this week for sticking to the points and getting a good work out in every day - I want to go back to Friday weigh in days because I try so much harder all week instead of just Mon and Tues lately. I'll have to check with my mom and see if that will work for her too. Summer is almost here too - hopefully that will add motivation to working out and not sitting on balcony's drinking cold beer!

I should probably just get back to my Friday weigh in's as well. But I still want to hold off until the marathon... plus I know I gained a few from this weekend for sure so I want to wait it out still! I agree about summer and drinking... for some reason it seems to go hand in hand! But I will try my best to keep the drinking to a minimum. It will be a lot easier when I start my second job and I will be working Monday-Saturday by 7AM or 9AM every day!

My morning started off bad. My mom was annoying me, and I couldn't find my ipod, the weather is just blah... but I feel better now because I went for a run around the lake. I ran 8.76 miles in 1 hour and 28 minutes... this was 6 minutes faster than my last timing! I had a turkey sandwich and a EAS protein shake (17g) for lunch. I decided to have the shake instead of salad because I wanted the protein for my post-workout. Here is my eating today so far:

Breakfast: 1 cup Fiber One cereal (2.5PTS) w/half cup almond milk (0.5PTS) and an orange (1PT) = 4.PTS
Snack: 11 almonds (2PTS) = 2PTS
Lunch: Turkey, a little mayo, and onion sandwich (4PTS) and a protein shake (2PTS) = 6PTS

I'm at 12PTS today so far, and I plan to have an apple for a snack (1PT) and a Smart One's meal (5PTS). This will put me at 18PTS for the day. I earned 4PTS for activity, but I don't plan to incorporate them into my daily total. If I need something sweet after dinner, I will go for a sugar free Jell-O pudding cup (1PT) or a sugar free Jell-O cup (0PTS).

Already I'm feeling so much better than I did this weekend when I ate like crap. I'm not craving any sweets today and there's even a bag of angel food cupcakes on the kitchen counter next to a jar of chocolate chip cookies. And we also have two cartons of ice cream in the freezer. I will NOT touch that junk!

Time to go stretch and lay down - I'm so tired!

Glad you had a good time....amazing that you still went for run.....You are doing great, and once you start working at both jobs you will have no time to party so that should keep you in line!

I ended yesterday perfectly and only ate one thing that wasn't on my list, a veggie protein link (45 cal, only 1 pt) but it wasn't even good. It looks like a hot dog but sure as hell doesn't taste like it! My mom made a hot dog when she got home so when I smelled that, I wanted one too! Note to self: veggie link does NOT = hot dog.

Also I stepped on the scale yesterday to see the damage I did over the weekend and it was not a pretty site. I checked the scale again this morning and was already down 3+ pounds so that was good to see what a day of good eating can do! Bad news is, I'm up from my weight on my ticker :-( I'm going to keep doing good this week and stay disciplined so hopefully the rest of this birthday weight comes off. I'm going to keep weighing myself but I'm not going to post my official weight until the marathon still.

No work out today, it's all about diet. I already had breakfast... here is today's plan:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites scrambled (1PT), banana berry smoothie w/1 cup almond milk (4PTS)
Snack: Fiber One bar (2PTS)

It must be so frustrating to be living at home again....after being on your own! After a couple years of living on my own I had to move in with my god parents for about 9 mo....I hated it, they are nice people but they kept treating me like one of their kids, I was hello I am paying rent here...I lost a lot a weight cause in order to keep calm I went walking a lot!
