LOL! I DON"T have a fever!
Although a good spicy Pad Thai with Shrimp sounds yummy!
 
When I feel a cold coming on, we go to our favorite Mexican restaurant (telling them not to put chips on the table) and get an incredible chicken soup they make.

I noticed since I started working out that colds don't last nearly as long though. It's like they can't get a foothold in my system anymore.

Anyway, hope yours is over soon! Love pad thai, yummm.
 
Thanks - Like I said - I'm feeling ok to function.
Come to think of it, this is the closest I've been to sick since I started losing weight.

I'm setting here looking out the window at snow..........It was 70 degrees yesterday..............30 this am!!!! Thats Wyoming for ya!! So no walk outside for me today............unfortuanly i owna treadmill.........so i will be walking on that instead!!!! Hope your annoying cold goes away soon........My allergies are really annoying to..........butif i stay doped up on Clairatin i seem to be allright!!!!

Mmmm... pad thai with shrimp! That's so heavenly. I had it a couple of weeks ago, actually.
Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. My cold is sneaking it's way up too. :( And I'm leaving for Ontario on Saturday! Great timing, huh? Take good care of yourself. You're way too tough for some measly-ass cold to get the best of you. :)

Jump Rope Skips
5 sets x 20 reps (My goal is not to have to take a break every 20 skips) ;)

My goal is to be able to control when I have to take a break!! The restarting is definitely the worst part!

Have you increased the size of the weights you use already? I really like the look of your workout.

Felici, I agree - I'm looking forward to when I control the breathing breaks too ;)

And I started with 40# of weights the 1st week, 50# the 2nd and now at 60#

The lunges, squats (sorry mal) and deadlifts are still pretty easy at 60# so I know I have a lot of room for improvment there - but the arms are tapping out already ;)
 
Hi Debi! Gosh, so sorry to hear you are sick with that dang cold...annoying is right...they just make ya feel like ca-ca. :( Lots of fluids, rest and TLC to yourself...yes, that is my prescription!
 
Harpo pulling out the fish and stabbing it with a sword to make the password 'swordfish' will forever be one of my favs.

and when they move the fence in A Day at the Races during the horse race and watching the horses freak out is still a side-splitter lool :D
