MMMMMMMMMMMMM, your food post has just inspired me today, to get my butt to the store and buy some cucumbers and carrots, I LOVE munching on these, but tend to forget to purchase them every week. I can't wait until the garden gets going and I won't have to stop by the store every other day. :) You eat so well, you should be very proud of yourself. I would be!! have a wonderful day today.

i don't know anything about sodium and stuff. what should be normal intake and how do i keep track of that one? is it salt or?
