I don't know about the lying scales - but the weight is still up - and yesterday I made sure to have 100oz water - and I had a low cal day.
I'm not sure what's going on...
The scale hasn't been thrown out the window yet - but I'm clearly thinking about it![]()

I do have a hard time imagining that it's increased muscle - especially being in a deficit. I spent a couple of months not losing much because I was increasing my calories (I did NOT want my maintenance to be 1200 a day)
So that definitely stalled my weight loss, and I was ok with that - but I've been really diligent. I know it will start coming off again in time.
I think when we have a lot to lose, there is so much more going on then just changing a few things up, adding some exercises and seeing visible results.
It's the knowledge that this is a LONG term investment. It's not about some 20 Vanity pounds - it's about changing our whole lives and that just takes time. I really think there's a HUGE difference.
And that's ok - I plan on this being a life long change and commitment
