Thanks Mechelle - and LOOK at you!! You look FANTASTIC :D YOU should be proud of yourself - regardless of what those &*&%#$ scales are saying :D

OK - so I'm back from my walk 4 miles total 42 minutes total 10.5 minute miles. 3 miles were at 33 minutes and 1 mile was at 9 :D I also did my daily exercises.

It's GORGEOUS today!

You're not giving yourself enough credit! The important thing is to simply find what works for you - and be willing to mix it up when it isn't working.

When I started, it took me over 20 minutes to go 1 mile and I was just about dead in the process.

Over the summer, I was walking 5 miles a day, 5 days a week and 13 miles one day every week. I needed to break from that and just recently came back and have been mixing it up.

You can do whatever you set your mind to!

I love to walk just not in the cold I was at;east walking 3-5 when
it was hot out but the cold I have to force myself because I can't
stay warm.But walking in my book is the best exersice especially
for weightloss and if you do enough like you have done you get

Good on ya for the walking, thats fantastic

I kinda liked the Tiara - maybe you should get a few of them and switch it every day depending on your mood ... kind of like a mood ring only a tiara :D

I don't know there Jenny - there can only be so many princesses in the house at any given time - maybe I should just pass mine around :)

Thanks Tammy - I just don't know what I would do if I lived in a "really" cold region! It would be tough!

LOL! My first one I had for about 4 months, and the last one I had for about 4 months, the tiara lasted, ummm two days ;) YOUR new avatar is FANTASTIC!!

So, I'm back in from taking M to swim practice, now I have to figure dinner - I've got meat cooking for the dogs, M wanted to know why that wasn't HER dinner....ooops ;)

lol maybe not...it would get expensive if we shipped the thing via ups/fedx every week to a different state. :p Maybe I will just have to go to the dollar general and get one of their b-day things there with some plastic pearls and such for my b-day in 2 weeks!
