It was a good day - but my weight is all over the place this week!
I average 1100+ calories one day and 1300+ calories the next and they seem to alternate like clock work. Sodium has been within range every day but one. I was down 4 lbs on Monday from Friday's weigh in, then up .5 pounds on Tueday and this morning I was up another 1.5 (which still means 2 down from Friday which is where I'd expect to be mid week.) Anyway, it's enough to keep me wondering
As for my walk this morning...I have done the math differently (now that I have a watch that splits my 2 quarter mile warm ups & warm downs.
The whole 5 miles = 1:03.79 minutes, 12:76 minutes per mile
Lap 1 .25 mile 4.13 minutes warm up
Lap 2 4.5 miles 55.57 minutes, 12:35 minutes per mile
Lap 3 .25 mile 4.09 warm down
It will be sweet to get under 12 minutes per mile for the whole thing!
