Swimming sounds relieving to me! But don't over due yourself!
I want to thak you for coming by my diary almost daily and
keeping my head up high, I really appreciate your support!!
Take care and take it easy, Tammy
M shin splints can generate a crazy pain. you would almost think you leg is broken. It football when we got it the coaches would make us work twice as hard with it and it would "eventually" heal. Now I think taking it easy is a much better approach.
I just found out that my daughter's Swim Team Banquet is on a night that Bob can't attend
He is a property manager for an estate that is hosting a major fund raiser for a local hospital and has been scheduled to be there for the last 5 months
On top of missing it, her coach just sent me an email saying that not only will Megan be recieving a trophy, she'll be getting a team certificate as a record holder for the team AND Dave Denniston, NCAA Champion & 2-time Olympic Trials finalist will be there. Dave Denniston was paralized from the waist down in a sledding accident and Megan adores him. One swim meet, she went up into the stands and collected money from everyone to contribute towards his Project Walk.
I'm so bummed about the date conflict
I know I've posted this before, but here's my little swimmer
I'm so sorry to hear that he has a conflict....I know that he's going to be majorly bummed as well. But the silver lining is, Megan is going to be thrilled out of her mind! I'm very excited for her!
