At least you're not joining me on the sidelines. This biking sucks. Rest that shin up now and don't do a 'me'.

You're gonna hate this...

Well, let's just say I have a little more empathy for your distress there T2 ;)
I always felt for your pain, it was the pain of NOT going for a walk that I was a little flippant with!

It is SO easy to sit back and say, "Just Rest"
It is MUCH harder to do!

hey M2M you are doing so grreat and your poochies are relly cute, we have 3 cats, i did not want 3 cats but like you my family graciously decided that i did, 2 of my cats were rescued and bottle fed, so we are pretty attached, the third one was a half starved stray my kids drug home........ oh yeah an we have a cockatieil bird too:eek: the poor thing, but they pretty much leave him alone, (pretty much:) ) keep up the progress you are my big insperation, and like happyday said take a break if you need to, don't make it worse by being stubborn;) , go swimming or someother low impact exercise for a while, and Keep on keepin on!!! STAR

Ohhh...swimming, I wish I could!
My daughter is on a competitive swim team, and every time I try and get in the water she becomes a coach to me and drives me insane!

I so can not do what she does!

But I should try!

And isn't funny how kids can turn our homes into a Wild Animal Park!
Keep going Star, you are doing really, really well :D

hehe, your skinny self will probably be getting invited to play some touch football nowadays. I wonder why too ?? *sheepish grin follows*

Tis far from a skinny self!

BUT, the best game of football I've ever played was mud football. The guys bulldozed an area, brought in PVC piping and flooded the field for 3 days.

It took me a month to get all the dirt out of my ears!

soon my lass, soon ;) If you didn't have a ticker up, I (or I doubt most wouldn't) guess your weight in the 2's...

I think most people never guessed how heavy I was (or am) - it's always been a bit of a surprise to people.

I have no problem telling anyone my weight now - which is a far cry from before I started getting fit, but even now when someone asks how much I've lost & still want to lose, they seem surprised that I had over 100 pounds at the start.

Hey M2M
Just seeing how your doing and wishing luck to
keeping the hard work up!Lol I remeber having a convo
with my husband about my weight(255 at the time) and

"GO BENGALS "85" LOL Tammy

Hey girl! Just checking in on ya! I just got back from Sam's, I bought some fresh salsa and it's so good I almost turned the container up to my head and drank it!!! No lie! I know I should be ashamed to admit that....but sadly enough I'm not. LOL Needless to say, you'll be seeing a lot of salsa in my menu next week! I'm about to go search in the recipe section for some foods I can put salsa in!!

Thanks for the encouraging words in my journal today, it really did brighten things up a bit. Between your journal and T2's journal I have my evening cut out for me. I read Mal's last night and this morning...I have no life...
But between the three of ,you all should write a book, you could be the next diet guru's! I always prefer my nutritian and weightloss advice to come from people who have been there done that. Keep up the inspirational work!
