Hello I'm back!

I did not stick to my diet and went up to 103 kg last winter. Since then i have lost 10 kg and weighted in at 92.5 kg last Monday morning. I have been on diet on and off since spring and since August 5th I have been on a steady diet. My plan is to keep this diet at least the year out but it seems like I have the change my eating habits for good to keep a lower weight. My current goal is to be 80 kg by New Year. This time I am really determined and my secret goal is to be in the low 70s by next summer.
 
My diet now is pretty much the same as last time.

Outmeal in the morning.
Small-medium size portion of regular meal for lunch
Really little food, more of on snack really, for dinner most days.
No eating in the evenings.
 
Seriously I have been eating a lot less than my 66 year old mother who is normal weight the last three weeks in order to try to lose some weight. I wonder if there is something wrong with my metabolism or if there is only because my mother get a little more exersise than I am. On the other hand I am losing about one kg each week so far.

Yes, I am back after beeing absent for 2 years. This Monday I am down 1.7 kg to 90.8 kg from last Monday. But I think my weight last Monday was on the high side because I had my birthday that weekend and ate quite a lot of cake. On the other hand I have stuck to my diet really good this last week. I am now no longer obese, only overweight according to my BMI :). I really hope my weight loss continues this week and that I'll maybe maybe will be under 90 kg next Monday.

Oh, I'm only down 0.3 kg since last Mpnday. That is propably due to that I ate more than usal yesterday though. On the positve side I'm down 4.0 kg in 4 weeks now. We'll see how good I eat this coming week. I'm going for a small trip on Wednesday-Thursday to see Soundgarden in concert. I will propably eat more than my usual diet then and maybe have quite a lot of beers also. :angel:
 
Tried out some black jeans today. Waist 34" would now fit compared to waist 38" which would barely fit last winter. The problem is that my body looks very fat compared to my black skinnyish legs when I wear black jeans. Guess that I won't buy any black jeans before I'm down to 75 kg or less.
 
The Soundgarden concert was great. I would very much like to have the body of a rock star. No fat pad on my belly. My diet was not really bad during the trip. I had a kebab, a tiny cheeseburger, a 5 dl soda, some juice, two ice creams, a modest breakfast and about 10 beers during 28 hours. The day before the trip I made a mistake buying three big (85g) candy bars just because they are one of my favorites and they were cheap, three for 1.50€. Now they are just laying around and tempting me. But I would not like them to spoil my diet so I made a resolution not to eat any of them before Christmas. This will be a real test of my will power and of course I will not cheat by buying some other candy during this time.
 
Looks like my weigh in on Monday won't be so good. On Thursday i binged on some cookies, cheese and ham and today I have had buns, cookies and cake with my coffee two times since we have had some excavator work done on our yard.
 
Ok, up 0.4 kg to 89.3 since last week. This was expected since i have eaten well over my diet for three days this week. I hope I lose it and a little more until next week.
 
Not so good weigh in today either 89.5 kg, up 0.2 kg since last week. This was also expected since I have eaten more than my planned diet several days. I even broke my promise and I ate all three large candy bars (261 g) in one sitting yesterday. This week though I will absolutely stick to my diet and see how it goes.

Down 1.5 kg to 88.0 kg since last week! That means I have lost 6.5 kg in 8 weeks. I quite happy with that sice I have overeaten several times during these weeks. My goal now is to lose an additional 9 kg until new year.
 
It all seemed like I was goinig for a weigh in under 87 kg this week but then I overate a lot during the weekend and my weight was up by 0.5 kg to 88.5 kg since last week. :ack2:

I forgot to write on Monday. On Monday morning I weighed in att 87.0 kg, a 1.5 kg loss since last week.
