A 23.5 kg long journey down the scale

Down 0.6 kg to 86.4 kg. I'm quite happy with that since I have eaten a bit more than I should this week. I even ate a whole tube of Pringles chips on friday.
 
Hi Justina! You are back. Up 0.2 kg to 86.1 kg and that's only because I really ate a lot on friday evening. Bought some new strech jeans today, 32" waist. They are a little tight right now but I think they will still look good on me when I reached my weight goal.
 
Down 1.3 kg to 84.8 kg. I'm very glad for this loss considering I ate a whole tube of Pringles chips on Friday and also ate several crusts on Saturday evening. :angel:
 
Up 0.8 kg to 85.6 kg. Again I ate way too much this weekend. I have now only lost 2.4 kg in the last 8 weeks. I really have to do better than that. I have to stop feasting on weekends and I have to stop eating cheese slices in the evenings.
 
Down 0.2 kg to 84.8 kg. I have hardly lost anything the last 6 weeks or so now. It looks like it will be really hard to lose more weight now. I have eaten a bit of goodies and drunk some beer but other than that I have stuck to my diet plan very well I think. Hope I don't gain too much during Christmas.
 
Up 2.7 kg to 87.5 kg. :ack2: I have eaten a lot during Chirstmas and yesterday I really had a binge. Hope I lose most of these kgs fast again.
 
Thank you! Down 0.4 kg to 86.0 kg. From now on I will try to follow my diet better. There is a bit of extra eating, mostly cheese and cookies, that I have to cut out.
 
Down 0.7 kg to 86.5 kg. I have eaten a quite lot again this last week so I'm reallly happy with a loss sice I expected a big gain. Really have to do better diet wise from now on if I will have a chance to reach my goal this year.
