Today I estimated my calories at 1450 kcal again... My maintenace calories should be around 2100 kcal according to online calculators. So there should be a significant deficit that would result in weoght loss. Or maybe my metabolism is unnatrual low and something like 1600 kcal with light exercise. Keeping fingers crossed that I get some good weigh ins soon!
