you are 0.3 up but you had quite a bit of cake & u didnt excerzice that much either maybe?
well i guess at least you know the reasons.

Thanks Justina! Yes, still 4 weeks to go before Easter. And today I'm only 1.6 kg from my target. Should be possible to get there, one would think. Had blueberry pie again today. And tomorrow I'll probably have some sandwich cake along with some birthday cake, but after that I really gonna make sure I'll get to my Easter goal. :auto:

Lunch: Meat sauce with potatoes
Snacks: Apple, 2 small cookies, small slice of cake :eek:
Dinner: Blueberry pie :eek:
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Yes I really like cake, cookies, chocolates and candy. Especially like to have them with a glass of milk :eek:. As long I can have them in moderation, I sould be Ok. LOL

Really bad scale day today! Up 1.0 kg since yesterday :mad:. Really have to step things up next week if I'll have a chance to make it to my Easter goal. Only 26 days left now to lose 3 kg.

Still a high reading today :(. Binged out last evening and didn't even write up what I had in my diary :leaving:, othervise the reading should have been lower today. Well tomorrow is a new week and I'm gonna do really good then.

congrats on the lower scale reading. and that graph is awesoem. clearly shows the downward trend. weighign yourself often, i can see how you could get caught up in the small changes, up and down. but graphing it is awesome, cause you can clearly see that you have continually lost weight (despite the day-to-day fluctuations). maybe i'll start doing this.... thanks.

Yay, fever practically gone today! Also a pretty good day diet wise. 1450 kcal and then I really tried to overestimate lunch and dinner. Got to be losing some weight with these kind of numbers. And hopefully I do.

Breakfast: Oatmeal (150 kcal)
Lunch: Chicken shreds with rice, ½ bun (650 kcal)
Snacks: Clementine, cookie (125 kcal)
Dinner: Bun with ham and low fat cheese (350 kcal)
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk (175 kcal)

Thank you guys! Fever is completely gone today and the caugh is almost gone too. I got to be losing weight now! :banghead: Today I estimated my calories at 1450 kcal again... My maintenace calories should be around 2100 kcal according to online calculators. So there should be a significant deficit that would result in weoght loss. Or maybe my metabolism is unnatrual low and something like 1600 kcal with light exercise. Keeping fingers crossed that I get some good weigh ins soon!
