70 lbs lost... before and after

Way to go!!

You look like Paul Rudd - he was in Knocked Up Paul Rudd (I) And for the record I thought he looked pretty damn good!

Just saw your "muffin top" photos - pfffffft. You look great!!! Keep up the exercise and you'll tone up even more, but you look great as you are.

Great job!

I too have to agree about you looking like Paul Stud :coolgleamA: ...I mean Rudd. hah! ;)

Keep up the great work!

....and congrats on the new job!

Yeah... I miss all that stuff. I did have fried oysters about 4 weeks ago, shucked & fried them myself. I can't remember the last time I had beignets.

can you tell me more about the new scale you bought it sounds intresting

I really like it. It measures body fat%, hydration% and muscle%. This is the scale: Produex

You look GREATTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! congratulations for the achievment.

Thanks so much, you three!

I'm in New York training for a new job right now and they've been wining and dining us every night, so I'm a little concerned. I think I've put on a few... worked out 5 out of 10 days... still 3 days to go. I'll have to get right back on this weekend. Going to a Yankee game tonight, so no workout today...

I have the same scale. It's not bad, but I find it'll give me different readings if I step off, then step back on. It also gives different readings depending on what mode you're in. For the price I paid, I can't really complain that much though. It has been durable and like you said, it gives BF%, hydration% and lean mass%.

You look great. Congrats on the success!

Two questions: How tall are you and where can you buy that scale?

Thanks!

5'9" - 5'10" (I've seen both at the dr's office - I like to think I'm 5'10" :p )

Got the scale at K-Mart for $30, I think - maybe $40.

Hey whats up man? congrats on the weight loss thats awesome. I am just starting on my journey and wondering if you have any advice? I was wondering how you lost the weight? One of my biggest fears of losing weight is having extra skin but i dont think i will but who know just scary...

Take Care.

Wow! Such a dramatic change in the face... it's like a totally different person when you lose that much weight. Congratulations on your hard work!

As I said 3 months back, I have the same problem as you when it comes to muffin tops. I'm now about 71kg and originally I thought I would need to lose another few kilo's, but I think I need to focus on weights, muscle building and toning up.

Excuse my ignorance, but how do I calculate body fat percentage as I'm pretty sure that's my problem which I need to concentrate on?
